I ordered the Diamond Z4 ring for $20 and $6.99 s&h.  It has been about a month and I still have not received the ring.  Over the last two weeks, I have received two calls from their sales people to send me free earrings and a necklace for a 14 day free trial. If I chose to keep the necklace, I would be charged $53.96. I was not interested and told them so before they could even finish their speech.  I was charged TWICE for $53.96 on the same day!  I called my credit card company and told them the charges were fraudulent and they removed the charges. It's amazing to me that they think they can get away with ripping people off. This company is BOGUS!!!

    About the number 800-777-4034 that is incorrect for DiamondZ4 the correct number given from their website is 800-774-4034. I have not ordered yet but I did notice there are serveral things different. The TV commerical gives a different number from this number. I feel there are other fraudualent websites posing as the real Diamond Z4 receiving your information.
    QUESTIONS: Why was there only one person stating that BBB was contacted, with this website not overwhelming complaints from numerous persons  complaining repeatedly?

    The two persons that did receive your rings why are you not willing to share vital info with the persons that were scammed on their credit cards, that will help to cease these persons from continuing?

        The number probably changes frequently.  As many ppl have stated, when they call back the toll free number it is often no longer in service.  Just wanted to point that out.  Sorry for your disappointment... :/

    Anything that's sold on television SHOULD NOT be bought. It is more often than not total crap. Always review a product before you purchase it. Also be sure to shop around a bit for something better. Take it from a guy who has made consumer errors before and learned the hard way. I did not order this junk, my research and these reviews stopped me, but I have before purchased junk that ended up being a kick in the  junk. So please learn from other's errors so you don't commit your own.

    I ordered the ring set and then I read the complaints and get very nervous I even paid for the fast shipping since it was on back order they took the money out of my account but not the extra I paid for fast shipping and got the ring set a couple days later and I love them and I get lots a complements on them also. I do feel bad for everyone else that got screwed.

    You all are all suckers for buying diamonds jewery for $20. Stop being cheap, man up and buy real jewelry from a reputable jeweler.

    I got sucked into the commericial and was gonna get my husband to get it for me but after reading the reviews I don't know if I want the ring now. So thank ya'll for the reviews!!

    I ordered the diamond z4 wedding set on June 27 2012, and still haven't gotten it so i called the customer service #to and they gave me 15.00 discount told me it will be here next week i hope it's here soon.

    I'm so glad I checked the reviews before ordering... Sorry to the people who were ripped off by this bogus co. & thank you for sharing ur nightmares with us. I can't believe these people can get away with fraud on TV... So sad!

    Thank goodness that I'm reading this. My boyfriend asked me to marry him, and I said yes. So now he has been watching the commercial for DiamondZ4. He is thinking about getting a ring from them. I can now warn him not to do it. Thank you for the bad reviews for them.

    I ordered today. Very nervous after reading comments. Thank god that u guys got refunds. Hopefully worse case is I get a refund if anything goes wrong. Thanks everyone
