Fraudulent Charges

I ordered the Diamond Z4 ring for $20 and $6.99 s&h. It has been about a month and I still have not received the ring. Over the last two weeks, I have received two calls from their sales people to send me free earrings and a necklace for a 14 day free trial. If I chose to keep the necklace, I would be charged $53.96. I was not interested and told them so before they could even finish their speech. I was charged TWICE for $53.96 on the same day! I called my credit card company and told them the charges were fraudulent and they removed the charges. It's amazing to me that they think they can get away with ripping people off. This company is BOGUS!!!

The secod clue is in the beginning when they say, in essence, that every diamond has flaws and later say the Z4 is perfect in its color, clarity, and cut.
The advertisement also states that if you order today, you COULD also receive this "beautiful band..." Your acceptance authorizes (though questionably) for the company to send you the additional band on a trial basis. The word "could" may be interpreted to mean that you may receive this or something else (like earrings) or they may also be able to ship only the first ring shown because they have run out of or discontinued the second one.
The certificate of authenticity that is said to accompany the ring is said to present a value of $95. You don't know who is making the claim. This is also the final clue the diamond Z4 is not real. If it were real and were perfect in color, clarity, and cut, then it would be priceless.
When you see an add on tv, it can pay to phone the Federal Trade Commission and inquire about complaints. You may also find something from the better business bureau in the area where the company advertisement says it is based (usually on a website)
It is difficult to file a claim against a company for poor delivery times. However, this company has represented the product in a manner which is consistent with the sale value. Shipping and handling is difficult because the $1.95 cost of deliver is the shipping. The balance left from the $6.99 is the handling aspect which is paid to the person actually doing to shipping. They are different services.
Best wishes to all of you.
Ppl who write negative reviews don't have a motive for doing so, so if there are a ton of them, then it really is best to just walk away like you said you were going to do. There is only one reason why a message board like this would have so many bad reviews telling similar stories...they're true. Please, don't let Tishambe influence you; just in case you didn't read the posts at the beginning of the blog, everyone here has figured out that Tishambe is suspicious and most likely a fraudulent review writer for the company that sells the Z4. Please don't let him convince you to waste your money and possibly risk your credit or bank account on this scam! And if you absolutely MUST have it and want to gamble about $30 on it (since the commercial says the ring itself is $20 and the shipping is $10), please do yourself a favor and put only the exact amount on a prepaid credit card so that they can't charge you any more than that or charge you for other things you didn't authorize. You may lose that $30 if you choose to gamble it that way, and I don't suggest it, but if you want to gamble with it, please be smart about it and do it that way.
