Network Agenda (800-418-9320) took $9.95 from my account without my permission. I received a free copy of Network Agenda with my free copy of Grant Master Search software but I was not informed of any charges that followed.  I contacted the company using the phone number given next to the charges on my card 800-418-9320 and left a message asking to put the money back.

    Thanks for all of the postings, I too was charged and if there was fine print I did not see it, but sounds like they know how to take your money.

    I will call the numbers, and I hope I don't need to cancel my account that I have had for 24 plus years

    JD, thanks for the numbers, I beg for it and got my refund. The refund was placed in my account 4 days after I called But what is interesting is the monies came from 3 different companies, Business Fund Las Vegas, NW-AG.com and GrantSearch, Just remember nothing is free what a lesson learned, Also if you buy anything form the net, have a special credit card and don't use your bank card, Something you can cancel without cancelling your bank account. Thanks to these BLOGS I would have been lost..You are all great people who work hard for your money and don't need to be taken, ...Bob

    Hi everyone. I'm actually being billed as well for all this crap. I just emailed them and advised that legal action will ensue if further charges come through. I actually work for a Corporate law firm so they chose the wrong person to screw with. I can't believe these people get away with these fraudulent charges!

    They must make millions especially from those who are trying to make ends meet.

    I don't trust using the internet to purchase anything but yet and still my bank account was charged $9.95 several times for Network Agenda. Someone tell me what the hell is Network Agenda?

    Thanks so much for the information. I called the number you provided (800-410-1682) and after promising them I was contacting my bank, and the FCC, they agreed to refund the charges. They provided confirmations for all three transactions and once I receive the refund I intend to file a report with the FCC anyway. Thanks again to you and to everyone that blogged here.

    I've got a prepaid credit card, and the only way they would stop payment of this kind was re-issue me a new account, that took over a month to get, and when I get on-line to look over my balance, what do I see  Business Fund 800410168 7.95 does anyone have a number to this stupid company???  I can't seem to find one and what's even more amazing is that greendot claims they are powerless to help stop this deduction.......Restlesssss in Wisconsin

    This just happened to me and I had several charges on my credit card from several different companies that I'm sure are all connected. I called my credit card company, reported it to the fraud department and canceled my card. That should solve that problem. Lesson learned.

    I just called 1-800-479-0979 & spoke to an Ann - so far I've been told my account has been canceled & that a supervisor will call me back today because for me this goes all the way back to Oct. 08 (banging head on desk).

    I told her that if I don't hear from a supervisor today that I will be filing police reports etc. against this company.

    I'm going to try the other numbers & see where I get.

    I had never heard of Network Agenda until a charge of $9.95 showed up on my credit card. Where do these people get your card number? The lady I spoke to was nice enough and assured me that my card would be credited. Times are too hard for companies to pull stunts like this.

    I have been charged 3 times $9.95 from these people they say they will give refund but don't.  Gonna have to get the police and bank involved.

    I to have received a charge OF $9.95 on my credit card from this company called NETWORKAGENDA.COM. I DON`T KNOW WHO THEY ARE.
