Network Agenda (800-418-9320) took $9.95 from my account without my permission. I received a free copy of Network Agenda with my free copy of Grant Master Search software but I was not informed of any charges that followed.  I contacted the company using the phone number given next to the charges on my card 800-418-9320 and left a message asking to put the money back.

    I'm in Australia and have just discovered that Networkagenda, moneyhelp4u and a couple of other strange transactions have been coming out of my credit card for the past six months!! No I wasn't checking my statement every month because I was not using the card, merely making payments to it every fortnight. Its only just now that I decided to see where I was at with the card that I found out that the money I've been putting in every fortnight has been promptly taken out by these [***].  I feel quite stupid for letting it continue for so long and have cancelled my card today. Are the contact numbers listed here in this forum still valid? It will cost me a fortune to call overseas no doubt but so far they have siphoned over $500 from me in the past six months!! The only thing I signed up for was Google adwords, and according to that account there are no charges and there hasn't been since I stopped my account last year.

    I have also become aware of unauthorized monthly charges of  $9.95 from Network Agenda, handled out of Las Vegas, for "computer software."

    I do just discovered that the $9.95 was being taken out of my account and I had no idea what it was for..I called the number and have cancelled whatever it was and have received an email stating the 9.95 would be refunded to my account with 3-5 days.  If not, I will be calling back.

    This company took out from my debit account 39.95,9.95 and 7.95... for a free Government Grant CD WHICH I NEVER ORDERED OR RECEIVED.. I called them they said they would cancel everything. They have 3 amounts taken out for 3 different things. They owe me 3 months worth..

    Has anybody notified the Attorney General's Office of your state or
    your county prosecutor?  I just discovered that they have been stealing
    from me since Aug 09.  I have been very, very ill and did not realize
    that they were robbing from my account.  I only had agreed to a $2.95
    charge.  I will fight.  I appreciate finding this site.

    i just received a call from this number this morning (815am). the lady who left the msg was rude didnt leave a name or a company name just her extension and how it would be in my best interest to call her back and not ignore the call. i dont have a cc or debit card and i do not sign up for "free offers" on software or anything else.
