Network Agenda (800-418-9320) took $9.95 from my account without my permission. I received a free copy of Network Agenda with my free copy of Grant Master Search software but I was not informed of any charges that followed.  I contacted the company using the phone number given next to the charges on my card 800-418-9320 and left a message asking to put the money back.

    i'm so freaking pissed! i been trying to get the charges cancled since february! i got my grantsite account ( supposedly..) cancled...and i haven't seen any more charges...and i been trying to call teh search market site ( 1-800-710-2500 they can call out but u can't call them...!!) to no end untill i got the number on here and just got it cancled...and i'm hoping to get netowrkagenda charge stopped tomorrow morning...i really fusterated and angry with this but i'm just glad that it's stopped especially the mygrant site..that was like 40 bucks a month! i'm waiting on my next statement to see if the search market thing stopped...on my it said ( GMP so checked for that too). if you guys cancle your credit card that they are charging on...is there any damage to your credit score? like they put a hold on oyur account since they aren't getting your money or something? anyone got through to network agenda please let us no....i still trying...

    I'm in the same boat as most of you.  Nothing was purchased and I don't know how they got access to my debit card.  I called 1-877-495-1173 and the woman who answered said i was enrolled in three programs and could cancel and refund two of them but I had to call 1-800-418-9320 to cancel the network agenda charge.  I called that and she said 3 business days the $.95 would be refunded.  I did not get and arguement from anyone.  I hope to follow up when I do see the refund.

    Hi All!  Just wanted to post a follow-up to my previous post.  I DID indeed receive a credit for ALL three charges within 5-7 business days (as promised)!!  So, there is hope, if you take the time to make the phone calls and be adamant about your desire for a refund.

    This company also charged my credit card $9.95 for services and merchandise that I have not received nor am I aware of who they are.
    I don't know why they have the nerve to think they could go into anyone's accounts and just take money.  This has to stop.  I work too hard for my money to have someone just go in and take it without authority.
    Freekin idiots.  They should go to jail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    These people claimed the $9.95 was because I signed up with some Loan Grant company. After 100 harassing phone calls from that company> I told them on 3 occasions I did not want there service. Yet this networkagendacom people started to charge my checking account for a service that did not exsist. The phone number I got from my bank was 877-673-8173. They are suppose to be crediting my account here in the next 3 - 5 days.

    I had a charge of 39.95 and 9.95 and decided to try to figure out how this happened. The charges stem back to apps on myspace that give points in the game for doing offers with advertisers. I allowed my son to pay $2.95 for what was only supposed to be shipping and handling of a grant cd I foolishly didn't sit down and read all the fine print. I honestly didn't consider the fact that MySpace would allow scams but after looking into this matter I have seen page after page of these type offers on MySpace. I called the number that marie gave on the first page 800-479-0979 and spoke with someone I could barely understand. I gave him my last name and zip code. I only asked him about the current $9.95 "network adgenda" charge at first and he said he found my account but couldn't cancel it because he wasn't customer service for them. I them asked how he could pull up my account if he couldn't do anything with it. I then mentioned I had been charged $39.95 the prior month and wanted to know if he knew anything about that. He said he could see that charge as well. The more he was telling me the more frustrated I became and I got pretty rude with him. I eventually found out there was another charge that was soon to be billed and I told him if he couldn't cancel this $&!t I would get my bank and the law involved. He then canceled the services and gave me confirmation #'s. From my experience you may have to get rude to get this handled. The number on my bank statement is just a run-around front. Thanks to this site for providing a forum for this kind of info or this may have been alot worse to get taken care of.

    i called in april to cancel  my account they gave me a coformation no. this company is  grant site /fed grant usa  they promised they would not  charge and  it came  again on my  statement for 39;95 last month  and this month if anyone can investigate  also watch out for network  agenda/ business fund in nevnevada they all seem  to ask you for personal information if anyone  can investigate these  companies  please do so

    Wow.  glad I found this site.  what a hassle.  I was also charged $39.95, $9.95 and $7.95.  Luckily I have caught it in the first month.  Best of luck to everyone.  I have not received money yet so I cant advise on the best way to get your money back.  I will say that my conversation started polite, but it sure escalated!  I've never been to any of these sites before.  Who the F is Dr John Porter.  That cant be a real person.  If so, someone needs to rearrange his sorry face if he is in any way involved in this.  But in all probability it was just a picture pulled from google images.  Back on topic:  Scream at these polite- ass jokers on the phone.  Dont ask for a refund (refund implies that you purchased it in the first place)... demand to have your money back, the money they stole.  Tell them you will call the BBB and the authorities.  Tell them to rot in hell if you have to.  I didnt say that yet, but will if I have to call them back.  I spent my time with them on the phone.  The girl gave me confirmation numbers.  and said, "call this number at Network Agenda" to cancel the most recent charge.  I said, "you know about that charge?  First you steal from me.  then I call you and you give me more work to do?!!!! What the [***]!"  So my bank is aware of this scam.  I canceled my card and am awaiting another one.  I wasted 35 more minutes on the phone with my bank.  Then I read all the posts, and wrote my own.  What a waste of time.  So much negative energy built up from this event.  I will post back if I make progress.  Best of luck everyone!

    NETWORK AGENDA is a SCAM!!!! do not do ANY business whith them. these crooks should be arrested for fraud!! these crooks have been stealing 9.95 from me for something I never ordered.

    I have been charged twice and the money has not been re-deposited to my account.  I was told I would not be charged and now another $9.95 has been taken out.  Thank you for this website.  My next step is legal action before I start getting charged fees from my bank!

    I don't know how this company got a hold of my credit card number, I saw these charges on my credit card this week, called my credit card company and they said it's google money profit - I said who the hell are they, they immediately canceled my credit card and are sending me the forms to file a formal fraud charge against the company.
    I'm really glad I found this site, I'm sorry about what's happened to everyone, I really hope you get your money back. I just wish I knew how they got my credit card number.
    File charges if you can that's the only way to shut these guys down.

    I received a letter of rejection from my internet service because i pay my service online w/ my credit card. i checked out my statements and lo and behold i see something called network agendas. i called the no. their closed cause i called @ 3 am and i googled this compnay and found this. i dont even know what or whom this company is, how they got my card no. or anything...but i do know ont thin they are going to return my 9.95 or there will be  hell to pay

    Yep it happened to us as well.  We heard the advertisement on the radio and my husband went online and ordered the so called free CD.  Now they have charged us without our permission 39.95 as well as 9.95.  We have talked to our bank and we are changing our account number.  I don't know how they can get away with this.  They are crooks!

    I was also charged $9.95 from my bank account off my debit card. I don't remember purchasing or speaking with anyone with this so called company. I called my bank and asked what I can do to keep this charge from happening again on my account? I was told to cancel my card and order a new one. The representative said that was the only thing they could do for me. So, I cancelled my card and ordered a new one. I probably will not get the $9.95 back, because I have been unsuccessful to reach anyone from the numbers others has given or I found. I wanted to be safe than sorry later. We have to be careful who or where we give our information out to, because you never know who is hacking in the computer while we are providing information. I believe that is what happen with me. I have learned my lesson.

    Sandra33, I also applied for the google money profit, but I cancelled before the deadline. I bet that is where my $9.95 came from. Well they want get another $9.95 because I cancelled the card.

    I'm having the same problem. First i thought long and hard about paying $2.29 for a CD from this site   WWW FEDGRANTUSA COM 877-4951173 UTUS. and that was all i wanted, which the CD is the must worthless thing. then second 7 days later they took $39.95 out of my account. which i did not agree to and knew notting about, so when i called the 877-4951173 # they told me that i automatically sign up for a member by getting the CD......RIP OFFS...so anyway i called them (very mad) about putting my money back in my account. which they sure did. THEN 4 days later this NETWORKAGENDACOM 800418LAS VEGAS NVUS. took $9.95 out of my account which i know notting about this place. so know what i'm doing is i called my bank and froze my account.after i told them about all this because i have a felling more is comming. reason for saying this is . since the day i paid that $2.29 for that CD i think they sold my information because since that day i have been getting about 10 - 15 calls a day saying that i signed up for thier services, and i have been getting about 75 or more junk email a day. so we really have to do something about these guys i'm notting just spotting here.     I had a charge from some google money profit thing for 39.95 and then another of 7.95. When I called, they also told me I was signed up for Network Agenda, and it would soon be collecting a charge of 9.95. Awesome. I hate the internet. And when you call, you always get someone that doesn't speak clear english. Makes the situation so much better.

    Thanks so very much for the new phone number. I did get the two charges of $39.95 credited back and then the $9.95 has shown up twice and the $7.95. This is crazy. But I am calling my card company to see what can be done legally with these people because this is really bad news. Trying to "Dodge" the crooks in Alabama!

    I signed up for the Grant CD and cancelled within the specified time limit, but the withdrawls kept coming...for the next 4 months they kept coming.  I called my bank and Master Card's fruad department and had the withdrawls stopped.  Now an affiliate of Grant Pro, Netword Agenda, is TRYING to take money.  I called 800-418-9320 and actually got to talk to a live body! and got a cancellation number, again.  

    M/C gave me two more numbers that apparently connect to the network of THIEVES at Grant Pro and Network Agenda.  Take note: 877-673-8173 and 800-710-2564.
