I've been getting a $16.95 charge to my Discover Credit Card for several months now.  I do not recall making any charges to any such service.  They say 'membership' when I tried to call the number that shows up: 888-833-7279 and the voice recorded message says 'Thank you for calling membership services.  We are unavailable at this time.  Call back during business hours....'  This seems to be what I get regardless of the time I call.

The full information that shows up on my billing is:
WC *VALUE PLUS 888-833-7279 MN 89463225 12

In looking this up on the internet, I see that I am not alone in these type charges.  I also do not know how they got my information to make such charges.

I would like to cancel and have my money refunded.

I also tried finding the cancel.myeasysaver.com website and found nothing.  I just called 1-800-447-9977 and they cancelled my subscriptions.  Now let's hope I don't see any more charges on my credit card!  Lesson learned.

I have a similar experience, WC Value plus have been charging me $16.95 for more than a year now without my authorization. I called their number as listed in my card and they told me that I had enrolled in a discounts offer something... well I told them to cancel and that I needed my money back. they told me they cannot but I asked to speak to the supervisor who after a couple of exchanges promised to send me a form to fill to get my money back. Am waiting top see what happens and I will post my experience after 10 days. Most of the complaints have read about this company seem to end up without being resolved. Has anyone ever filled the form and gotten the money back?

    I got scammed too.

    Damn these people.

Somebody should file a public litigation case against them.

I actually had the same problem. I called a number (800-475-1942)and I actully go thru to somebody and I guess the way you sign up for this membership is by buying something online or thru the phone any away you can cancell this membership and ask for a refund. I really hope that this information can be helpful.

The $16.95 is a monthly membership fee.  Calling the 800 number and waiting and when an answer, they will cancel the membership.  Then ask for a claim for reimbursement from them and when you get it, fill it out and send back.

I can't believe I bought into this!  I usually hang up on telemarketers after a, "I don't accept phone solicitations," click, but not this time.  What a headache!  I will certainly be calling to cancel when they 'open' again.  AND I will be contacting the BBB.  I will also be sending them written notice of cancellation via certified mail.

I also fell for this, with the promise of a $25 gift card. WishI would have found this site before, greatful for finding it at all.

Well, I (or I think it was my hubby, cuz the "membership" was in his name) got sucked in too!  We have no idea how, and I'm embarassed to say its been going on since February, 2007.  I called, and gave them a piece of my mind, and they cancelled, and gave me one month credit of $16.95 on my Discover bill.  I also got the form, and just got it ready to mail off to try and get the rest of my money back - a little over $300.  I pay off my Discover bill every month, but apparently need to start looking at it more carefully.  You can bet I will from now on, but both of us use the card, and don't question each other's charges.  It'll be interesting to see if any more money comes back.

My husband had charges for $16.95 on our account.  One for EZ SAver and one for American Leisure. I tried to access the website given by EZ Saver number 800-262-6199 and it does not exist.  I called the number back and the lady cancelled both memberships for me and said he would receive a refund in 1-2 billing cycles. The number I had for Amer Leis was 877-564-8538. Maybe one of those two numbers can help someone else. He was also promised free gifts, gas cards, etc.  I told him to NEVER do this again. :) They are quit to take your money but slow to return.

Just called the number shown on this site (800-447-9977)to cancel. I had no idea I'd joined. I had signed up for a product trial from an ad I heard on XM, of all places, and I somehow ended up signed up for the trial, both American Leisure and Easy Saver, and a vitamin trial. I typically pay a lot of attention to detail, so these guys were very good at keeping these things covert. The one phone number is for both "clubs", and they can cancel both with one call. Word of caution: make certain that you ask for a refund. If you don't, you won't get it, because they certainly will not offer. Incidentally, both web sites I've heard about (cancel.myeasysaver.com and cancel.american-leisure.com) are inactive sites. Use the toll-free number to get rid of them.

I had a charge on my debit card for $16.95 twice.  one from AmerLeis and EZ Saver.  I did authorize these charges.  Did not even know what they were or from where they came.  I called my bank and got a number to call. I was able to speak with live person and was told she would refund my money.  We will see.

Some info that may help. I was also getting billed for this service. I called 1800-475-1942 and was told I made a purchase on line and was automatically entered into this membership without my knowledge. The lady was very polite and assured me she would cancel the membership and send me a form to fill out to recieve a refund of my money. My advice to all of us is be very aware when purchasing any item off of a tv advertisement or the internet without reading the small fine print. apparently when you do, you're automatically enrolled in this rip off scam and unless you pay close attention to your bank statement you won't even know it. We had been charged several months before finally asking each other - what the hell is this?
I'm never ordering anything off the net or tv again!!!! Hard lesson learned.
Plus I'm making sure that it's not on my statement in Novemeber or I'm gonna be real pissed off!!!

I saw an advertisement for the ultra lean green tea diet drink and ordered it. Immediately after, I started receiving calls from people saying I had won some gas card and all they asked me to do was acknowledge that they had called me and informed me of this information so I didn't think anything of it. I then started getting the charges for the easy saver/american leisure nonsense. I called 800-444-9491 and they said they would reimburse me for one month of charges. They claimed I had verbally agreed to  allow them to take out practically $40 a month when I  had never done such a thing.
