I've been getting a $16.95 charge to my Discover Credit Card for several months now.  I do not recall making any charges to any such service.  They say 'membership' when I tried to call the number that shows up: 888-833-7279 and the voice recorded message says 'Thank you for calling membership services.  We are unavailable at this time.  Call back during business hours....'  This seems to be what I get regardless of the time I call.

The full information that shows up on my billing is:
WC *VALUE PLUS 888-833-7279 MN 89463225 12

In looking this up on the internet, I see that I am not alone in these type charges.  I also do not know how they got my information to make such charges.

I would like to cancel and have my money refunded.

    I guess it's cancelS.myeasysaver.com. i asked the lady on the phone, she said most people don't hear the "s". just another ploy to confuse us all...

    Why can't the goverment stop this fraud?  The economy is bad enough without these 'LOW LIFES' take advantage of us.  I would suggest calling your charge company and dispute the erroneous charges and then request a new card.  Make sure you check your statements every mo;nth and NEVER pay anything that you know is wrong.

    A lot of you are saying that you can't get through to anyone when you call the 877 numbers to cancel (877.564.8538/877.844.9554). I did a little research it turns out that they're owned/operated by a company called Encore Marketing International.

    So... let's CALL THEM and tell them how big of scumbags they are for perpetuating these frauds/scams... below is a list of employees and the main number to Encore; if you call a receptionist will put you through to them... CALL THEM NOW IF YOU'RE FURIOUS ABOUT THEM STEALING FROM YOU:

    All this had happened to me and ive tried a million different numbers and kept getting the same machine and not a person. I finally called the company (latavi) that gave my CC card info to American Leisure & Easy Savings and made them give me a number to a live support for AL & ES this will help #1-877-564-8538 FINALLY!!!! i got a hold of someone and they canceled my account gave me a real confirmation number and is going to credit back my account.......GOOD LUCK!!!

    Same here.  WC *Buget Savers Mnth appear on my statement for $19.95.  My bank gave me the number 1 800 475 - 1942.  They SAID they will cancel my membership (that I didn't sign up for) and send me a form to fill out when I asked for a refund. Dec.17th.  I'm waiting to see if I have to knock down some doors.

    I am a victim as well. Does anyone of know of a website I can go to to just cancel this. I am hearing impaired and do not like to make phone calls. Let me know if not grrrrrr guess I need a number to call grrrrrrr. Thanks y'all!!

    I had the same charge and just called the 888-833-7279 and got a real person (who was actually nice). She said it would be cancalled and my last charge would be refunded in 3 - 5 days.

    We'll see.

    I'm also going to my bank (BOA) today to make sure they are aware of it so hopefully if it wasn't cancelled, it won't get charged again.

    I am out of state and checked my banking account and found that "WC" charged me $19.95 twice on my statement.  I went to the internet to find out who they were and see I am being scammed.  They have caused me to have overdrafts and lots of money.  I am not a happy camper to start the new year out.

    Don't buy anything, including gift cards, without asking if it includes any type of "special" offer.
    It's all a scam. Think how many people never catch the charges.

    Have "they" reembursed any of you? I also recently found $16.95 charges by WC Value Plus to my bank account. It had been occuring for some time now and I failed to notice it. No good excuse on my part. I called 888-833-7279 and was told by Amelia that she would cancel my membership and like everyone else, "what membership?" was my response too.  I was told that I could either get a 2 month reembursement now or wait 7-10 days for a letter requesting my full refund.
    I am curious to learn what happened out there! Is everyone/anyone getting a refund??

    We also have been getting a $16.95 charge on our card from WC value plus.  I would also request they cancel me and refund the charges.  They were not authorized to do this.  I do not even know who they are.

    Yesterday I received the promised "request for refund" letter. I filled out the required information; date, amount I am owed, my signature, my printed name, address and reason I should receive refund. I will make a copy of my  letter and send the original back to the address given and wait to see what happens. I will keep you all posted as to whether I get the entire amount I am owed or not.

    Crooks.  Scamed my wife and got us for 2 months.  I thought there were laws against this kind of white collar criminal activity.  This has been going on for years.  

    Rotton crooks.  My you end up in hell.

    Here is the outcome of my canceling the membership I never had and requesting a refund; Today WC Value Plus credited my account the total amount they had taken. From the day I found out about the discrepancy to receiving refund, 18 days. Good luck in receiving your refunds as well.

    This company is STILL AT IT!  Had $16.95 charge on ccard for 4 months - just catching up on finances. FURIOUS!!!!!!!  No clue how they got our card number.  It's a new credit card.  Shows up as "WC *VALUE PLUS".  How can these people stay in business?????

    i was buying the shaper, Off of tv. And i got diconeected. So i called back and after i had given them my card number. So i called  the bank immediatly and canceled that card they tried to play me. [***] the shaper dont need it LOL
