Splendor Concepts payment incorrectly my bank deducted from bank account

  They have been racking up a lot of complaints of fraudulent charges in the last several months, with no indication in any reports that people have even been contacted by some fraudulent telemarketer.
  
  Not clear where they are getting account information, but it appears that a significant number of complaints are connected to fraudulent charges of checking accounts belonging to the elderly.
  
  Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and close the account or block the card number to prevent additional fraud.  Follow up with a written fraud dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address or fraud department.
  
  File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, the Illinios Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov

    I also was charged 30.00 on my account from somewhere I had never heard of. I think this company is not only taretgeting the elderly but also widows. Since I became a widow in January I have been keeping very close tabs on muy account.
    This transaction overdrew me. I have not been overdrawn in years. I feel this company should not only pay the overdrawn fees but also any fees my bank charges.

      Dispute the charges through your bank as fraudulent, and close the account or block the card number to prevent further fraud.
      
      Ask your bank to waive the overdraft fee, since the charge was fraudulent, and not due to any error, oversite, or action on  your part.
