Recently viewed ad about facial brush.  I am a current subscriper for proactive solutions.  I was told that brush is availible for new subsripers only.  I feel that this is fraudelent ads, elementing current customers.  Thank you for product currently in use.

    Is this fraudelent with brush in the state of wisconsin and when do they show your ad on tv &what time & channel Its been a long time from when I last placed a order. please let me know & a phone number.f8h8f8h8

    I saw the ad about the proactive facial brush and I ordered my first set before the commercial. If you check their site there is no brush. Not even one for new users. Don't see the brush anywhere on the site.

      I haven't seen the brush either....that was the main reason i wanted the kit.....and i HATE taking to customer service so im not sure if u can call them and get it

      I agree.  I have just seen the ad on TV and went straight to the website but there is no mention of a brush.  As a current user of proactive products, I can't even change my order for this new proactive + product.
      I am not happy about this

    The phone number they wouldn't answer my questions just want to get you to make the order.

    Just saw the ad checked the site and it wasn't there just like the other complaints said. I've been looking into buying a facial cleansing brush system like this for a couple of weeks now and was super excited to see one from proactive. But I have to agree, not offering it online to ALL of their customers is just absurd! If the brush is not offered online soon I will be cancelling my proactive account and telling all of my friends to do the same. More than likely I will be purchasing one of the other brushes I have been looking at and completely switching all of my skin care products!!

    I saw the ad on TV several times and went to the Proactiv website, but no brush.  A representative came on the line and said that there was no brush offered at their website only at the website mentioned in the commercial.  I went to that website, but did not find the brush.  I'm sorry, but I feel this is very deceptive and is fraudulent.

      I placed an order with proactive on the phone and asked about the brush and they said its backordered and they dont know when they will be getting the brushes in.....she tells me to check back in 2 weeks. Really the #1 acne treatment product?

      I've been seeing this same commercial for the brush for over a month and I've tried time after time to go to the website ON THE AD but it just takes u directly to the proactive site and only free gift offered was mask, cleaner, & dark spot.. NO FREAKIN BRUSH! Why advertise the free brush when no one can buy it??? That's BS! So I switched products completely!

    i just saw the comercial and went online to purchase it and could not find it nowhere. I begin to chat with the online specialist and when mentioned the brush the agent just stop chating with me. I will report about false advertisment. it was rediculous. why decieve the people

      i was going to order but not now i don't see the brush when they tell you to order on line its a RIP OFF and should be reported
