Recently viewed ad about facial brush.  I am a current subscriper for proactive solutions.  I was told that brush is availible for new subsripers only.  I feel that this is fraudelent ads, elementing current customers.  Thank you for product currently in use.

    omg!!!! i cant believe there are people out there going thru the same thing i went thru.....i gave credit card info. and everything!!! they took the money but i never recvd' nada..nuthin....zilch!!!! i raised pure HELL!!! and they put the money back on my card....some excuse about back orders....well STOP ADVERTISING IF U DONT HAVE ANY BRUSHES TO GIVE OUT!!!

    i finally got the brush....and called back a month later to get the rep....replaceable brush heads....if anyone out there needs replacements the order # is 803171 and they come 2 replacement brush heads for $19.95...but im still disappointed w/ what they put me thru to get this brush...and i have been a member for over 2 years!!

      I orderded some today and paid less than half of that! Something screwy... I got 2 replacements for $8.95

    hey if anyone clicked on any of the links that were given by some of the people on here & placed an order let know if it was legit....i went to one but then got paranoid about putting my card info in out of fear that it wasn't actually proactiv...lol  i'm not a big online shopper & just cannot afford some fraud crap happening to me.  i mean i could just be freakin for no reason but its better to be safe than sorry

    I ordered my proactiv that came with the free brush. I saw it on an ad on a random website. I got it like 1 week and a half later but it was worth it!

    i was all excited to use the brush but why is it so soft...is there anywhere i can buy a harder brush for this system.

    I also saw the commercial with the brush and went on line immediatly to order, BUT NO such thing. HUMMMMMMM!!! Wha'ts that all about?

    I ordered my kit off the website from the commercial on tv. When I received it there was no brush, so I called and was told I ordered the wrong set, that I needed a special code to get the free brush. HALENTe did tell me that I could buy it for $19.95. VERY FRAUDULENT!!!!!
