Recently viewed ad about facial brush.  I am a current subscriper for proactive solutions.  I was told that brush is availible for new subsripers only.  I feel that this is fraudelent ads, elementing current customers.  Thank you for product currently in use.

    I went and ordered proactiv. The agent popped up, I asked her about the brush, and she added it to my cart.

    I ordered the brush three weeks ago and saw all of these complaints so I was worried. I got my brush today and love it. I was a proactive customer already but always bought it at the malls. So when I signed up for this it worked as a new customer.

    Hey everyone! I ordered the system too for the brush and I ordered two systems and received two brushes. There is a huge back order going on with the Proactiv brushes because they are in high demand. So if anything, call their customer support line like I did and ask them when you will be receiving your brush. They don't have them on their website because they are testing out the product on us first then in a month or so will be adding the product to the site.

    I just got off the phone and the rep said the brush is sent separately. So when you receive yor Pro active package it will Not include the brush....as it will be sent separately. I hope this helps. And the link Nie lists above does work. I found one that says $29.95 for the offer but if you use the link that Nie lists it is offered for $19.95.

    I am trying to figure out if I should even bother trying to get this brush or if I should just save up the money and buy a clarisonic? I don't want to spend the money though if the proactive brush works just as good.

    I just ordered it today and it worked!

    www.Proactiv.com/brush

    When you click on any of the three kits to purchase you will see that the brush IS included.

    You cannot just go to the regular Proactiv site, it must be www.Proactiv.com/brush

    I tried going to www.proactive.com/brush in my iPod and it wouldn't show the brush but it worked when I went to it on my lap top. You pick your system then choose the brush as your free gift.

    I didn't received either, but I called back and told them that my brush was missing. I had to put up a argument with the lady that I talk to at first,but the second lady had it since right out to me. Don't stop until you get what you order, even if it was free.

      Hey Girliegirl,
      Just put the brushes on and you face cleanser. moisten the brush with water and put on youur face using a swirling motion. The brushes do not turn but vibrates

    This is a very trustworthy link, completely works!!!
    However, I do concur with many current proactive solution members, it is completely UNFAIR that you are not eligible to receive a cleansing brush though your a loyal customer and member of their program. That's just plain wrong and quite honestly, it's bad business ethics! Wonder what the Better Business Bureau would think about this fraudulent advertisement. Seems like the folks at Proactive are quite frugal and reserved about this brush promotion. Most likely they will begin selling them for $34.99 when the promo ends, I really wouldn't be at all surprised. Shame on you Proactive Solution Corporation!!! Shame on you!

      I just chatted with someone and asked if I could receive the free brush as a proactiv member and she said that it only comes with your first purchase.  SO, I guess those of us who have ours shipped to us regularly are just out of the deal.  Do you think it would work to cancel and resubscribe to get the deals?  Pretty sad that I would have to think that.

    I have checked all of the above links and looked all over Proactives site. I think Proactive is only offering the facial brush as a "free gift". You can select it as your free gift at the end of your order when you purchase other items.
