Recently viewed ad about facial brush.  I am a current subscriper for proactive solutions.  I was told that brush is availible for new subsripers only.  I feel that this is fraudelent ads, elementing current customers.  Thank you for product currently in use.

    I was very happy to see the TV AD offering the cleansing brush, however it is not available anywhere online to order, very disappointed will not be purchasing PROACTIVE.

        Thanks, Julie. I did order from this link and I also chatted with a Proactive rep on another tab and she said that special offers have different links. Thanks for sharing.

          You're not going to get that brush for your daughter or anyone else, I'm sorry to say. I waited for the commercial and Dec.06, it came on while I was watching a movie around 1:30am, I called the number and the rep said the commercial should have given a code for new customer orders with the brush, so I told her to hold on because I had a DVR and I would rewind it, conversation got guiet, she told 5 plus lies and when I mentioned false advertisement and a phone call to The BBB, she disconnected the call.

    It is not offered anywhere on the site.  When you put a system in your cart it then lets you know that there will be a facial brush and green tea moisturizer sent out with every new order.

    I also look for it online a few weeks ago and I couldn't find it.  I went to look again today and I did find it.  You have to go to www.proactiv/brush.
    Then you need to click on the purchase to go to the page that has all the different kits you can buy.  It is listed on that page that the brush is included.  I hope this helps, and if anyone tries it, I hope you will give it a review.  I am very tempted to buy it just for the brush, as BP does a number on my face and makes me itch.

    My mom just ordered me some proactiv® last week. When i got it the brush was in the box, so whenever you order proactiv® it comes with it.

    Why would you post a lie for them?
    Do you own part of company, do you work for them?
    Why did you get a brush and no one else can????????
