Recently viewed ad about facial brush.  I am a current subscriper for proactive solutions.  I was told that brush is availible for new subsripers only.  I feel that this is fraudelent ads, elementing current customers.  Thank you for product currently in use.

    I found the page with the brush but it is showing 29.99 was going to order it for my son but it is not free so they just lost a new customer.

      I suggest you pursue refunds and cancelations with due diligence.  Guthy-Renker is very tricky about timetables and "monthly charges".  This is how they make money.  And, yes, it's legal (read the fine print).

      You could be billed as much as $300 before you can get the thing cancelled. Just "canceling" your credit card doesn't work.  DOCUMENT phone calls, send CERTIFIED correspondence, and get a lawyer's advice... if needed. Guthy-Renker has an IRON CLAD legal department.

        Hiding it in fine print doesn't make it "legal".

        If the offer is deliberately written in a manner to deceive, and it is successfully deceiving many consumers, then it is deceptive.  FTC has sued many deceptive sellers offering supposedly "free" products that resulted in charges due to terms hidden in fine print.  Experian "free credit reports" are but one example.

        In all cases of fraud, always dispute the charges as fraudulent through your bank, always shut down the account to prevent further theft, and always file fraud complaints with FTC and your state AG.  If the US Mail or common carriers are used for shipments, also file mail fraud complaints with the US Postal Inspector.

        This is a charge cramming/"chcken billing" game.
        They know they're playing it, and they know they have to blink if you catch them.
        Don't let them get away with it.

    READ THE FINE PRINT
    Be cautious when you order ANY product from Guthy-Renker.  Read the fine print if ordering online, especially.  Most people don't even realize they're signing up for a continuity program. The BEST PART is that you'll be billed twice before you even receive the first shipment (don't believe me?  READ THE FINE PRINT).  The only way to cancel is to send a legally certified letter of "cease and disist".  Guthy-Renker has an intricately "Legal" timetable set up for just that purpose. Even the 60-day money back guarantee (from time of order)... What they don't tell you, is that it will take 60 days for you to even receive your first shipment.  Just a warning to you all.  OH, and by they way.., brush head doesn't even spin. The entire brush vibrates.  You'd be better off buying a vibrator @ a sex store.  Seriously. And CHEAPER.

    Me, a loyal user, until now
    I have been using system and wanted to add the brush but that is impossible with the site. It seems sad that loyal users of the product cannot get these benefits nor the link to EASILY find them even when/if they are offered to loyal customers!

    I keep trying to cancel my "membership" but keep getting the product and the bill. I'll contact my lawyer if I get another as I keep telling this company to STOP my membership. This is a sketchy system at best and has no desire to do appropriate business but rather screw people in a dark way. Proactive can take a flying leap.

    I just ordered for the first time and the website says all ordered will receive the brush.... But no where on my order receipt or in the shopping cart does it say I will get it. I know that they sell the brush in the kiosks they have at the mall but its like $30. I will post a review when I get my order. Either way, I love the system and it is well worth the money.

    Its right there on the site proactive.com/brush. I just ordered mine and it came with the free brush and free shipping/handling. All you gotta do is LOOK.

    Just do the easy thing and go on ebay and buy one that's brand new for really cheap! I got a brand new brush, a pack of 2 replacement heads, dark spot corrector and botanical peel all for like $30! And they were all sealed new products, not expired and cheap!!!! So yes you can find the proactiv brush!!
