Recently viewed ad about facial brush.  I am a current subscriper for proactive solutions.  I was told that brush is availible for new subsripers only.  I feel that this is fraudelent ads, elementing current customers.  Thank you for product currently in use.

    Daughter just placed and order and it did NOT say what you are saying.
    No "tea" and NO BRUSH

    I recently placed an order and it said in the cart the brush was included, but then a couple days later I received an email that said I had a problem with my order and the order was cancelled. This is so fraudulent!

    I called and customer service said they are out of the cleansing brush had a overwhelming demand!

    I went online and used the live chat feature and specifically asked "for the package that includes the free facial brush".  The rep posted the link in the chat box and the link led me right to it.  There are so many different combos of Proactiv that your checkout summary needs to specifically state includes FREE CLEANSING BRUSH for it to be included with your package

    Hmmm...had trouble placing my order. The link took me to the site for the system including the brush but whenI hit submit to continue processing the order, it said my cart was empty. I am waiting to chat with a rep.

    If you get the brush, can you only use their cleansers with it? How about replacement heads?
    Save yourselves the aggression and buy a Clarisonic!! BEST BRUSH EVER!!!

    The Link I gave worked the day that I wrote on the forum, and I just went back and tried it and it didn't work.  I also tried to go to Proactiv.com and go to puchase to see the kits and the brush is no longer shown.  
    I don't think I will do business with this company as one of the posters said that they were out of brushes because of the demand.  Ok, so that is great people want the brush.  Why are they not holding up there end and supply one, or send them when a new batch comes in.
    I personally cannot use proactiv, it burns my face, but I wanted to get the brush.  You can't beat $20.
    So far though, I haven't meet anyone that was able to get a hold of one.
    It's a shame as I think it would make a great addition organic acne products I am using now.

    You bring up a great question I didn't think to ask about!  Though I have to say buying a Clarisonic is just not in everyones budget.  I know for me, right now it isn't, maybe in a few months.

    I found it but of course it says sold out. Really I'm a member too so don't you think there should be a greater supply for us all?!

    I have ordered the brish with the 19.95 trial size in Spetember!!! I still have not seen the brush and every time I call they tell me it is on backorder. it's going on 3 months. Is anyone elsew having this issue?

    I just ordered it. I'll repost when and if I get it. I don't know why you all made it so complicated. Here are the only steps I took. As it is very hard to "find" the brush offer. Here are the steps;
    1.) Go to www.proactiv.com
    2.) Click on "order now"
    3.) You should be able to choose from 3 complimentary gifts. None of which are the brush.
    4.) Close the window
    5.) Go to www.proactiv.com/brush
    6.) The page should have reloaded and seemed like it only "refreshed"
    7.) Click on order again
    8.) You should now be able to order the system and the ONLY option for the free gift is the brush. Order and go through with it.

    And I have been checking this since about 2 weeks ago. It's worked every time.

    I talked to a beauty consultant and was told that I could get the brush with my order and then when I received it there was NO BRUSH!! Tried to contact proactive and was told it was not available after I had been told on the phone that it was and would be in my shipment. I do not understand why they say something and then do not follow through. DISAPPOINTED!!

    Hello Everyone, my ex-husband used to say i was his own personal little pit bull when it came to going after something that needed handling. He was right. I just called the pro-active customer service, told them of all your complaints, let them know that as a loyal pro-active user and customer, we all deserved access to any new pro-active products. I ordered 2 of the brushes. Total was $38. They will be at my home in 7-10 business days. Here is the number I called....1-800-235-6050.....go get'em guys! Merry Christmas!
