Service provided is not as offered.  Numerous variables in using the service.  They are not a phone company provider and they neglect to tell you you must also have an account or sign of with the telephone service provider.
They issue "local phone numbers" for use with inmates.  I canceled and they have yet to refund $18.00 they owe me.  They emailed me some bogus remittance slip and the refund has yet to be returned to my account.  They kept $25.00 of the initial sign up costs.

      They are not going to refund you your money. They stated this is part of the terms and conditions, which they never sent in writing. I think it is a total rip off. My friend put my cell phone number on the list and this company gave me a local number so that he might call me. But most prison let you put certain numbers on the list and you can not change it for 6 months. I advise against it.

    Millicorp is registered with the FCC as an interconnected VoIP provider (FRN 0018930511) and we take our customer service seriously.  It is unfortunate you cancelled our service before we were able to provide you with a local phone number, however, your refund was processed on 1/29/10 and a copy of the refund receipt was emailed to you on 2/4/10 at your request.

      I also have a refund that has been "processing" for 10 weeks now I.was told 5-7 then called & requested a manager & was told there wasn't one. So I've called nearly every day for the past 3 & have yet to recieve any.info I called today & was told " o no now you have to wait 5-7 weeks after the date they reviewed it" so because it took your employees 10 weeks to review it I'm now supposed to wait a total of 17 weeks for a refund. My case is going to end in a suit to shut this scam down! My refund wasn't only for $20 I paid for 6 months worth of service in which I was unable to use. This is the most poor customer service I have ever seen!

        I have been waiting since December 28, 2011 for a refund and keep getting the same lame answer. "All I can do is send an email to billing and let them know you've called."  Today I filed a complaint with the FCC and will take more measures if I have to.  They said getting a refund wouldn't be an problem...well I got news for them.  SIX MONTHS AND WAITING IS A PROBLEM!!!!!

          OMG! IM GONING THROUGH THE SAME thing I paid for the service one day and had to cancel the next day because globeltel link said they do not do that because it like call fowarding and its like cutting them out that was FEB 26 and here it its JUlY 17 and they saying the same thing "I WILL SEND YOUR REQUST To BILLIng"

            Been waiting on my refund also, cancelled after just a few months, its a scam, I lost over 200.00 dollars, and I am contacting my attorney general

        I am going through the same thing right now with this company, it's been 10 weeks already and I paid for a full year of service and only used two months.Every time I call they say the same thing "no supervisors are available, and the billing department that handles refunds can only be reached through e-mail..it's a shame that they are able to take our money like that and there is nothing we can do about it..

          yes this is all true!!! I lost about 250 bought for a friend also....HOW can you do this to people who are already suffering from injustices...have people gone mad!!!!?????? yes what company has NO managers on duty give me a break....I called them told them I will see that the word gets out...you are a DISGRACE!!!!!!!! you are DONE!!!!!!! I am contacting the dist. attorney......you live and learn I will never pre pay again!!!!!!! I am waiting also for 2 months now for a return.....maybe theyll get a good rate when there in PRISON...you reep what you sew....GO GOD!!!!!!!

        I am going through the same exact thing. I called within a month to cancel my service. I have called  once a week for the last 6 months and have set to get my refund. When I called all they can say is we can send a email to billing. Really??? It took you one day to withdraw my money out but I'm jumping through loops to get  my money that is due for me. I paid for one year in advance.  I really would like to know what can be done about this and how can I get ALL my money back since I have been waiting for almost 6 months. AND yes they told me there was NO supervisors there. They did give me an address to write to the billing department.

          Call the states attorney generals office as cons call home sells a service that is illegal for incarcerated persons to use, which is call forwarding. As well they don't care where the calls are forwarded to (which is a huge security hole for the BOP) only that they get some $$$$.

      My story is THE SAME as ALL THE OTHERS OUT HERE!!!!!  I am due a refund of nearly $60.00!
      I waited the 7 weeks then called & was told I waited to long to cancle my account - when THEY ASKED
      me to wait while I was ADDED to some national database.... I want my 60.00 refunded to my credit card TONIGHT!!!!  Again I asked for a supervisor and was told that there was none.... REALLY????!!!!
      I NEVER USED THIS SERVICE - EVER!!!
      I want my MONEY!!!  You ARE RIPPING OFF A MILITARY VET - Air Force - DECORATED for HEROISM - Airmans Medal!!!!

        I contacted the Florida Department of Agriculture (strange but they took the complaint), The complaint is closed now since Millicorp would not respond. Contact Donovan Osborne230-321-6123 communications director if for no other reason to get her number easily available on the internet. They hide their management quite well, fortunately I went through their company directly. They refunded $100.00  and still owe me $97.00.   Also contact the Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi. My  complaint is still open and I am waiting to hear from her office again. This company Conscocallhome is a subsidiary of the parent company Millicorp. My next filing if the the Atty Gen cannot hel,p is with the FCC and and U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington D.C. They are committing fraud across state lines since I am in NY. Millicorp is in FT Myers Florida... It is my lie mission (one of them) to pursue this and I will continue until I get my money..  Good Luck to you and Thank You for your service to our country...

          Tim Meade is the owner and if you run a background check you'll find numerous arrests and federal tax liens, and he's buddies with a local politician that made national news for getting busted with Cocaine. Business as usual for cons call home as Mr. Meade is bouncing paychecks on employees and was collecting health insurance premiums from employees and not paying the health insurance company to the point where they cancelled the company's policy and yet he still collected those premiums.
          Even Mr. Meade's own brother and VP of ops are looking for new jobs.
          Imagine taking your child to the doctor and having the receptionist hand you back your health insurance card and saying "I'm sorry sir, but this policy has been cancelled" but you're still paying for it.

            This guy is 100%.  Millicorp and Cons Call Home are a fraudulent company.   Everyone from Tim Meade, Duane Dyer, Ernie Gonnelly and the rest of the staff is NOT on the up and up.  They steal from existing customers and some of their senior reps are allowed to charge customer's credit cards with out them knowing it.     I'd love to tell my side and get that fat troll Tim Meade thrown back in jail.   It's only a matter of time before the Feds raid Millicorp.

    Isigned up in june for a local phone I had no idea money was coming out of my account . the telephone number they gave me was blocked so I payed for a service that has never beed used> cancelled today and will only receive 1 month back. tThos has been a very bad experience for me.It appears that you take advantage of families who are already in trouble. I will seek further help to get my !st 2 payments that were never used. I had to pay an additional five dollars to change the telephone number, because 1st# was blocked, and so was the new # blocked. Since I have lost half of my earnings I cannot afford food never money for phones that was never used.

      Two phone numbers, worked for 1 day, won't give money or credit back! Consumer Affairs, FCC, BBB, and any and all new channels that will go on TV. Most channel 4, 5, 8, 11 will go and find out what, why and what you can do about the thieves and truly they are cons!!!!!! So many complaints !!!!! Majic Jack is supposed to be good choice
