Service provided is not as offered.  Numerous variables in using the service.  They are not a phone company provider and they neglect to tell you you must also have an account or sign of with the telephone service provider.
They issue "local phone numbers" for use with inmates.  I canceled and they have yet to refund $18.00 they owe me.  They emailed me some bogus remittance slip and the refund has yet to be returned to my account.  They kept $25.00 of the initial sign up costs.

    I'am New to the computer for the 20th century. I saw this company Millicorp. I submitted my banking information when I recieved Home I called the the Toll-Free # that was listed. I did not feel comfortable with the service so I told the representative from Millicorp to cancelled my subscrition that same day within an 1/2 hour I called my Bank. One month Dec.18,2010 I noticed a -$33.60 that I was not familiar with. The Bank informed me that it was from Millicorp they had send paperwork to the Bank and was able to take out that amount-$33.60. A few bank representatives gave me two non-working #'s and a P.O. 07368 in Fort Myers, Florida.33919 and told me to get in Touch with the Better Business Bureau that it was out of the Bank Hands. What is a person to do besides not give out any Banking affairs on this computer.Especially being on a Fixed-Income.

      Contact the attorney Florida general's office Pam Bondi. You will find them on the internet. If you are a senior citizen all the better.  This company is a scam all they do is take your money. Try contacting their communications director Donovan Osborne. She may or may not give you back your money. Her number is 1-239-321-6123. I had to fight to find that number. If she will not issue your refund go directly to the attornery general of Florida. Millicorp is the parent company of conscallhome.com   Do not give up. I have a partial refund and am fighting for the rest.   11/22/2013....Do not give out banking account information to anyone, never let anyone access your bank account directly. Get a prepaid Visa card for stuff. Never use your regular cc for any scam like this.... Using a prepaid that way they will never touch your regular one. Good Luck!

One month later Dec.18,2010 I noticed a -$33.60 that I wasn't Familiar with- The Bank representatives informed that Millicorp send them paperwork and that they was able to honor their request of -$33.60 The Bank told me it was out of their hands and I have to handle it with Millicorp. The Bank did give me two non-working #'s and a P.O. Box 07368 in Fort Myers,Florida 33919. The Bank also referred me to get in touch with the Better Business Bureau

    Here is some help about conscallhome/micorp.
    I was working for conscallhome.  They are in business to take your money, they had trouble also paying there own employees, always in payweek they charge to customers in advanced, specially minutes.. If you ever take the service always really on there recordings, especially on refunds.. refunds alwasys where the worst, I say refunds for over a year that was not process. The refunds takes 2 seconds,there policy saids 5 to up to 7 weeks, NOT... they had no refund department, it was the supervisor of the call center handelling the refunds. The company should be in jail them selfs because they where steeling from the customers.. I hope this will help you people this company is a BIG Scam

        I put in order for services last night. When I was told I also had to pay GTL I got the feeling I was being conned so told them I did not want the services offered and to cancel my request and not to transmit my transaction with credit card. They agreed. Had a bad vibe so checked with DISCOVER today and they had submitted charge of $116.43. I explained situation with DISCOVER account manager and called Cons Dial Home on other phone at same time. Was told I did not tell them I didn't want their services and it would take 5-7 weeks for this to be refunded back to my credit card. Account manager transferred me to Disputes department and they are handling this. You do not have 5-7 weeks to get a refund there is a 15 day clause. I am thankful I called my credit card company within time frame and didn't use another means of payment. My advise to anyone out there DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! U can call a service representative at your cell phone company and get your area code changed legitimately on your own or buy a track phone with the area code you need.

    I too have been taken, but I am looking into filing a class action lawsuit against Millicorp and any and all of it's subsidaries as well. I signed up and gave them my cc info and sent the email and was supposed to get a response about the local number where my loved one could call from to help reduce the cost from a prison to home. I have contacted my bank and hopefully will get some results but in the mean time if anyone has had any problems with these companies please join me in the pursuit of a clas action lawsuit and let's put these so called good neighbor companies out of business.

      Have you ever organized or will organize a class action lawsuit.  They took $120.00 of my money for an account that could not be used legally.  I consider it fraud.  They will not refund my money....Margaret

      This bunch of cons artist need to be in jail so they can have as much fun trying to use their own service as a number of their honest customers have had trying to use it. This group of con artist that run Millicorp / Cons CAll Home is located at 12748 University Dr. Fort Myers, Fl. 33907. Their phone number is 1-239-321-6120. The lady's name at this number is Devon, but you will get the billing dept. run around from her also. The placed we called to set up the account we had with then, was their customer service dept. they have taken us for $403.00, and they show no remorse about their  scams. Yes let's get together, and bring these cons to their knees. I talked to the Lee County Serriff's fraud line, the lady I spoke with there, said they were an honest business, and didn't want to discuss my complaint. Every one out there that has a problem with bunch of cons, please call the number listed above, twice or three times a day,  until they return your money.

      Thank you for the information and actions.  I thought I had found a solution but did not yet sign up.  Had I done so, I would gladly join the lawsuit.  My last regular 2 calls - quite a while ago - were $25 each for 15 minutes.  (Florida) and I then in principal forbade any more calls.  I know that hurt the person I love, but I think he understood.   I refuse to donate money to a prison and my phone company replied it was a money maker from a captive audience.  Audacity!!

    I had cancelled my service in January and I have not yet received my refund. Every time I call they keep telling me the same thing.

    Listed for service Aug 2010 never got the first call they kept telling me my phone was blocked but finally March 2011 they tell me the prison has a block because GlobL tell can't make enough money letting Millicorp do the calls. Now Millicorp will only refund 25.55 after they collected over 200.00 someone needs to stop these people,. We are already victims I for one won't to see them destroyed not just put out of this so called rip off service they don't provide. I plan to push this to the very limit I know they are out of Florida. If anyone can give me a physical address maybe we can get on the 7:00 oclock news or maybe even 60 minutes

    I just looked at my bank statement wondering who was debit my account it said Millicorp for 26.65 I have not spoken to anyone to take money out of my account I have had service with them due to child in prison but due not have money at this time so never authorized them to debit.

    I was on line looking for phone services to save money on jail calls and found millicorp and signed up for it but when I talked to someone from the company and and they explained ther services i told them to cancel it and they told me they would refund my 38.30 AND THIS WAS THE FIRST OF MARCH!!! I still have not yet recieved my money and cant get ahold of anyone through the company because the number on the account to call is a fax number or disconnected!!! This is unacceptable!

      To the millers. Hey taken advantage of friend, go back online, look up the south west Florida BBB, then look under complaints for cons call home / Millicorp, there you will find the address, phone number, and the name of a lady to talk to at Millicorp, about cons call home. And also ask them for email comfortations about every call you make to them. You can all so call the FCC in Washington DC, the atorney general of the state of florida, and wink tv in fort Myers Florida, and report them to the BBB, this company is rated D on a scale from A- F by the BBB of South West Folrida.

    I too canceled my account back in January, it's now the middle of June and I have yet to receive a refund.  I keep getting told the same thing over and over and over and over and over again!!!!
