Service provided is not as offered.  Numerous variables in using the service.  They are not a phone company provider and they neglect to tell you you must also have an account or sign of with the telephone service provider.
They issue "local phone numbers" for use with inmates.  I canceled and they have yet to refund $18.00 they owe me.  They emailed me some bogus remittance slip and the refund has yet to be returned to my account.  They kept $25.00 of the initial sign up costs.

    Why are we sitting like helpless victims while this company just continues to  take money from people for service that cannot be provided and then refuse to refund the money when the truth comes out.  They have $120.00 of my money and nothing but excuses as to why it can not be refunded.  Based on information I read, they have been trying for a number of years without success to get approved to provide a service that supposidly would save people money regarding calls made from the prison system to family and friends.  I don't know about any other state, but in Florida this service can not be used.  They know this and continue to sell the service to unsuspecting people.  Something really desperately needs to get done about this. It is fraudulent business practice.  I do not know what can be done.

    Same as everybody else Son in jail , joined this company , the day they called me and said they could not get me a number ,it was took out of my bank account. Never  a supervisor to talk to . Said it would be 2 weeks before i could get refund . Well I doubt I will ever get it and like everyone else I am on a fixed income . Crystal said she cant belive they are still in business , this is not a business it is a bunch of crooks that are taking peoples money that are stressed to the hilt anyways . Every body on this page ought to call them every 30 minutes and bug the hell out of them.

    Sorry you guys are going through this, I was told about this service and said to myself this is too good to be true. I saw the complaints and I'm glad I did. I'm not even going to look at the website again.

    My son was in prison for a couple of months and he requested I set up a system so he could make phone calls to me.  We commucated via the mail system.  He said he was not able to use the system .  They charged my credit card for a month of service and continued to charge me for about 4 months before I could cancel the account even if no calls were made.  They said I must pay the bill or it would go to collections.  I am now getting corresponce from a credit company.  What kind of company rips off citizens like this?

    I cancell the acc. next day never used and now is been 14 weeks ,keep calling ,same answer :"I put your request... "someone needs to do something about this krooks !

    This is the biggest scam I have ever seen.  I started using them back in March.  In May, I got the plan for  $96,.which would last me until October.  My son was moved in July and I cancelled.  I was told the same thing 5-7 weeks...I waited to call.  When I called, I was told the same bogus bull !!  It is now November and I have yet to receive a refund. When I spoke with someone, they said my refund would only be $22.00. Are you kidding me.  I only used it for a mth...so now they are trying to tell me that Aug, Sept and October are my two months free.  This is some bull !!!  I will never use this service again or recommend it to anyone!!!

      You'll never see a dime of your duckets as they sell a service that is illegal to use in most prisons, call forwarding.  people have been waiting for years for their refunds.

    ConsCallHome's system was down.  They admitted it to me on the phone.  My son tried calling 6 times and the call didn't go through.  I was told by CCH that I would not be charged by GlobalTelLink but I was - $1.25 per call.  GTL will not refund my money. CCH will not refund my money.  Both companies are blatantly rude and refuse to help.

    We have a new one for you. Our son-in-law is on work release in La. and we subscribed to Cons Call Home. All of a sudden his minutes are being used up by some one with his number without him calling home. Some home anothe prisoner has obtained his number and is calling by-passing our phone. We have called repeatedly with no help. This person is also calling here. They will not change our number assigned to us, just want more money. CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT, LETS GO.

    First of all they have been taking money out of my account for a few months without me knowing and my son has been out of jail (he was only there for 3 weeks).  I finally noticed it and called them to see if I could get my money back.  Not only was I told that I was not entitled to my money back but my bill was due again and before I could cancel my account I would have to pay my current payment (ARE THEY FREAKIN CRAZY).  I will be calling the Attorney General and the Better Bussiness Bureau.  Something has to be done about this company.

      You'll never see your $$.  Millicorp is sitting on 1/2 a million dollars in refunds (that they don't have) back from 2008 because their service is a call forwarding scheme/scam which is not allowed in correctional facilities. Best thing to do is call the news media for SW Florida (Ft Myers) and direct them to the thousands of complaints dating back over 4 years that one can simply find by Googling "Millicorp complaints" or " conscallhome complaints" or "Millicorp fraud". Believe you me the owner of Millicorp has been in handcuffs more than once and will present with 7 figure federal tax liens upon a background check.

    My boyfriend was in a detention center in Louisiana.I paid Conscallhome $39.95 plus a $19.95 nonrefundable service fee for a number to try to save on jail calls.Found out the next day that the number wouldnt work for him plus it would have costed the same to use the number if it would have worked PLUS paying conscallhome$39.95 every month!!!!!! I immediately canceled.I lost the $19.95 forever plus it has been over a month and I still havent received my refund for the 39.95.I know I will never get it ...just as these other people havent.

      And you never will. They don't have it to give back to you as the owner (a convicted felon) uses all that refund money legitimately owed to customers (over 1/2 a mill) to support his opulent lifestyle.

    cons call home told me that they would provide, a phone number, so my son could call me from prison, without paying long distance charges, I was also told, If there was a problem, my money would be refunded,so I payed them $116.dollars. less then 30 days later, It still wasent working,so I called & cancelled my service, and was told I would be reciving my refund in about 4-6 weeks, that was in november 2012 & I still havent got anything yet,&Its the end of march.and now I will have some time to really do every thing, within the law, to get even with these cons. I am a con myself & I dont take being ripped off lightly.millicorp thinks there pretty smart, thats left to be seen

    All of you people are pathetic  I hear some of you cant afford food?  But you can afford to speak to a convict in jail???   Companies like these tell you exactly what they do but you either dont read or dont care what they say they offer CLEARLY listed on the website.  You KNOW exactly what this service does and it does save people money oops  I meean smart people that isnt DUMB to tell the jails phone provider your using the damn service!!  Your snitching on yourselfs  What the hell do you expect if you tell them your using a local number and your in another friggin state dummies???  The bottom line is  YOU tried to cheat the jail system  and companies like this provides the local numbers  YOU get caught because you ADMIT you got the local number from the jails competition and you think they are a scam because the jail banns its use???  NEWSFLASH  Its 2013  You can live in one state and have a local number in another LEGALLY....It NOT Criminal as they WANT you to think dummies.  WAKE UP.. unless you still want to be REALLY scammed by Securus,Globel Tel Link  etc ect  and paying $15 for a 15 minute call  when it can be on $2 for the same call.

      Yeah my father is inn jail because he broke the law and he deserves to be there. But I'm not the criminal and I don't deserve to. Be treated like one. Conscallhome is a rip off. They local number they gave me NEVER worked. After the month of service that I paid for was up. I canceled my account, both thru email and over the phone, but yet the criminals from cons call home have still been trying to charge my account. Yeah if someone can't afford food, they should not be trying to talk to a convict. But I never seen anybody on here say that they can't afford food. That just leads me to believe that maybe your talking about yourself. In all honesty the way your talking, you sound like a criminal yourself.

    I also have been dealing with Cons call home.  I have in the past gotten several phone calls when they tell me my bill was due on the 11th before 7 o'clock am, and because I had not paid that they charged me $5.00 late fee.  I did not want the service for April because the inmate was out of populatiion.  They said they would never keep credit card numbers on file and they did.  When I received a credit card statement for May.  They had charged 39.95 on the card and still trying to get paid for the month of May.  They call ed to tell me that the card had been declined.  I call the credit card company and and there is available money , so tell me, they had to try using another card.
    That creates a problem because now I will have to speak with each one of my credit card holders to either cancel the card and submit new ones or stop payments on all the cards I've used if  and when this company tries to submit for a payment.  When I spoke with Kelly, he even told me even after talking with him earlier, we do not have a credit card on filke, then how is it you call me to tell me my card was declined.  The company I spoke with, funds were available.

    I have several family members in prison who are spreading the word to not use cons call home instead we are referring pep to google voice.  I cancelled my service after almost 3 years and was still charged I have begun the process for a lawsuit yea all over less than $40 that's the benefit of having a lawyer in the family anyone who wants to join let me know.
