Somebody,(Margarite) phone number 901-248-7430, called me up and directed me to press number 1 to reach the company for credit card rate reduction. Upon doing so they requested if I had over $5,000.00 in debt and they wanted my credit card number to verify the debt. I requested their first and last name. The female speaking stated her name was Margarite but would not provide her last name. I attempt to find an address for the compant she refused to tell me then directed me to her supervisor "Ronald James". He again advised me he would lower my debt and requested my credit card number. I again requested as to the address of his company he stated Tallahasse Florida, but wouldn't not provide me with a street address. When I advised him I would look him up on the federal system because I felt he was trying to perpetrate a scam he stated "don't call this a scam and I'm going to hang up". I looked up the company "Account Services" on the internet and it advised of scam warnings. I said the internet site indicates you company is involed in scams. He stated "this is not a scam", I replied it sure appears that way; he stated "shutup" and hung up the phone.

On July 13, 2011, the Orlando Police Departments Economic Crimes Unit raided the CARD SERVICES/ACCOUNT SERVICES building at 4401 East SR-50 in Orlando, Florida. This business was the main location (boiler rooms) for the ACCOUNT SERVICES interest rate scam. This case is being investigated by the State of Florida Office of the Statewide Prosecutor and the OPD, under case number 2011-39033. The actual company was called WORLDWIDE MARKETING AND MANAGEMENT and HES SISTEMS.

My mother had a call about lowering interest rates on all her credit cards, this was on 07/21/11. She had spoke with a David Anderson, and the number was 215-550-3735. She had agreed to the plan and gave them 2 account numbers. Today she was concerned about it and wanted me to call for her and cancel. When I called someone answered almost immediately, that waved a red flag at me. I was put on hold twice, when I asked the name of the company, this person said Premium Benefits Plus, when I asked how much she was being charged I was put on hold again, I hung up and called back. When I called back a message came on saying that the MAGIC JACK users number was not available, another red flag. I finally spoke to "David" who said she would have to make the appt. to go over the plan and then she could cancel. I went back and forth with this guy for a long while, he hardly lets you speak, you have to yell for him to shut up and listen. A message had been left this morning about calling to set up an appt., it was hard to understand the message to get the number. I called the number left, 888-739-5550, and spoke to a "Jerry" who said he was in Orlando. He said that he would cancel and request the refund, the amount charged was $990.00! I had my mother call the credit card companies, and a 990 was due to post, they put a stop to it and she had both acct. numbers canceled, they are to send new cards. After she gets off the phone with both companies "David" and speaks to me. He still says that she has to do this appt. and then she could cancel if she wanted, I told him I thought it was all a SCAM and that the card charge had been stopped. He went on and on, then I told him I wanted to speak to his supervisor, he said they would say the same thing. After a bit on hold, now a "Karen Mason" got on the phone, she was even more hard to talk to then David was. She still said the appt. would have to be made, even after I told her of the canceled cards and stop payment. She said that my mothers profile had 7 cards and after the "appointment" was done that she would be able to delete her profile. She, "Karen", also denied that she worked for a scam/fraud company. At this point I told her to do he appt. so the profile could be deleted. Trying to talk to these people was next to impossible, I was so mad I was shaking. The card companies both told my mother that she should not have problem, I'm still concerned, and will continue to follow up. Bottom line, BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE, ACCOUNT SERVICES DEPARTMENT/CARD MEMBER SERVICES & PREMIUM BENEFITS PLUS. Sorry so long, Thanks

I am actually an attorney and I have been getting calls from these people using a variety of different numbers. I am working with another law firm to sue them but we are having a really hard time finding out who they are. Can you provide me with any identifying information from them on your credit card statement? When a company charges you your statement will usually say the name of the company and sometimes a phone number or address for them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hope you succeed, Andrea. Sue these [***] out of existence! I was laid off and have been searching for a job. Of course my resume has my phone number and of course I answer every call in case it might be someone about work. But it's always a recording from Ann or Rachel at Account Services. I get easily two calls per day, sometimes three, from these morons. I have asked politely to have my number taken off the calling list, I have notified them repeatedly that my number is on the Do Not Call List, I have screamed at them, I have played along and pretended to be interested to take up their time, I have held the phone next to my barking dog, I have blown a whistle. Nothing works, their dialer keeps calling and calling and calling ... I do not have caller ID and my phone service does not offer call blocking, so I am subjected to this daily barrage of annoyance. I have decided to cancel my land-line because of these idiots. It is so frustrating that no one seems to be able to do anything.

        Hello there,

I was scammed by this company as well.  I freaked out immediately upon hanging up as the services promised were not the services they were trying to sell me.  They are without a doubt taking advantage of people that have a certain amount of credit card debt.  I called back to cancel my order and they informed me that regardless of the situation, they have NO avenue for me to speak with a supervisor, file a complaint or do anything for that matter.  I contacted my bank IMMEDIATELY and had them block any charges from a company named Logicworks from autodrafting from my account.

The "so called" Logicworks company is out of New York ( per what they told me )  and the number that I have for them is 1-877-868-5460.  The person that I spoke with initially (the one that delivers the HARD SALE ) to the client called me from the phone number 1-866-505-6695, said his name was Adam Clark, had one person in his office that answered his phones.  I just called that number and it goes straight to "hold" music without even a ring.  Please feel free to contact me if you are able to find this fraudulant company and I will continue to post information as I am not sure they are done with my information.  I am actually more terrified at this point that although they didn't receive my money since I was able to block that from happening, they may be stealing my identity and/or will continue to harass me for payment.  I did recieve some harassing phone calls for my payment and I informed them that they would have to take me to court.

I was scammed by logic works as well. Long story short they got all of my information, all credit card numbers, checking account numbers and my social! I cancelled EVERYTHING after trying to cancel the deal and that's when they started threatening me, and said that it was too late, they had my info, they were taking my money and if I didn't pay they would send me to collections! It's such an awful game they play. Don't worry, they can't send you to collections because they aren't a real company!!! I cancelled my bank account, put fraud monitoring on it and signed up for life lock. That did the trick. Nothing has happened and I learned a very hard lesson that cost me 24 hours of my time plus a huge headache.

My advise, sign up for life lock, it's worth the piece of mind to know if they try to ever use your info, they won't get away with it!

I also received a call from this Adam Clark but this time he was from "Credit Card Services" He was trying to get me to agree to lowering my interest rate on my credit cards to 6.9% with a fee to my credit card for $948.00. He knew 3 of my credit card #'s and the amounts i owed on them.  I told him i did not make any financial decisions without discussing it with my husband first. He said he could connectme to my credit card Companies immediatley and get this transaction done. I told him again NO i would need to discuss it with my husband, that if he really wanted me to agree to it give me that time to discuss it. He agreed. As soon as i hung up with him, i called my first credit card company to advise them of the situation and they advised me that they would not have anyone call me to lower my interest rate that in fact i would need to call them and reques for them to lower my interest rate. Need less to say he did call me back i told him i was not going to do business with him, when he asked why i advised him that i knew he was trying to scam me and i cancelled my credit cards. He replied by saying "and what is that suppose to do"? I told him it was going to stop him from scamming me and proceeded to call him a few choice words. He responded by saying "oh are you saing the F word? are you saying F#$k? And i told him yes, so F off and go F yourself and hung up. So, everyone beware of Adam Clark with Credit Card Services - 1-866-505-6695 EX. 846.

That original post was from 2012, and “cardholder services” has mutated into a criminal syndicate organization of Florida telemarketer scams. Fraudulent “call centers” are pretty much ignored by Florida’s complicit so called “attorneys” and corrupt “Judges“.

I received a call today 7/25/11 from an Orlando number 1-321-332-9999.  Same situation....press one to find out how you can lower your rate.  A gentleman came on and asked how much I had in credit card debt, I said I dont know, then I threw out a figure, and he hung up. Thankfully I did not get into account numbers, nor would I have even if I wanted to take advantage of the offer.

I just received a call stating to press 1 to find out how to lower your interest rate. They asked how much I had in credit card debt, I threw out a number also and said I would get back to them. I didn't give out a credit card number but when I pressed for more information the woman eimmediately said this is not a scam. I said I didn't say it was, you just did.  By the way - the womanb said I she was located in Orlando Florida but when I looked up 510-699-9231 it was a  Oakland California number.

Received a call today from "Grace" from Account Services.  818-721-6320.  Said she could lower my rates and cut my $8000 debt in half.  I was suspicious so I went to the internet to look them up.  So glad I did!!!  Grace is supposed to call me back tomorrow and although she was very nice I believe I will have to politely decline.

Got a call from 508-475-1394. Automated message stated that I needed to update my credit card information immediately in order to get reduced rates before offer expired. After the recording someone calling himself Jayson came on the line and said that he was with Card Service. I asked him to repeat who he was with and after hesitating he did. I told him I never heard of them before. I asked him how did he get my number...he hung up.
