For months now, I've been getting several calls a week from "Rachel" about "lowering my credit card rates"  I called the WV better business bureau, and they said they'd been getting them too, no suggestions about how to stop it.

    frustration!
Rachel always manages to call when I'm sleeping.  grrrrrr!

Today complained to the phone company, who sent me to the local police, who sent me to the attorney general's office, who couldn't help.  Also filed a complaint with the FTC ... again.

So much for enforcing the do-not-call laws.  Somehow this business even gets around our call blocking feature.

Returned "Rachel" call, and was told there would be a one-time charge for being removed from the list, and was asked for cc #.

It seems that no matter how calmly one approaches this problem, their system will eventually turn you in a raging maniac.

Credit Card Services personnel are a team of identity thieves. They are trying to get your credit card numbers in order to process a charge against your account. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. The FBI and ICE have been working on this scam for months. Their will be massive arrests any day now. The FEDS are currently recording all of their calls (Under the Patriot Act) for use in prosecution. The Credit Card Services agents will be jailed for at least three years and up to 12 years, plus a $10,000.00 fine. Fear not, this group is on the way to jail!  How do I know this?  I have been a government adjudicator for 12.5 years. We search the facts and make legal decisions.

    Case 8:11-cv-01910-DOC-JPR , Document 1 Filed 12/12/11

Still looking for personal address for Roy M Cox Jr. and phone number of Mr. Cox's attorneys.  If anyone is in the area of these businesses or their attorneys, we all would appreciate you making a personal visit to them, and if you can discover  phone numbers that we could all start calling, we could wipe their communication capabilities off the map.  I, like the rest of you have been pestered for years, now multiple times a day.  Now, I'm ready to roll on them.

Recent search of  Santa Anna California for Roy M. Cox Jr. (55) is:  16136 Mariner Dr, Hunington Beach.  Google Maps view shows this to be a marina front villa with 2 boat slips behind it.  Unsure if this is THE Roy M Cos Jr. that is the subject of the federal complaint, but fits location, and profile (wealthy). Calling your Congressmen and Senators to rachet up the heat to shut this clown down is probably the only recourse we have.  They called me just after lunch today prompting me to drill into who's behind this scam.

I also am tired of receiving these calls, shortly after using the Do Not Call Registry I am keeping a list of the phone numbers they are using to call me from my caller ID I guess maybe we should contact the FCC and file a formal complaint against this so called company we get as many as three calls a week and we have tried everything.  anyone have any other suggestions

    Rachel -- Pull my finger.

Rachel is a debt pirate. If you happen to be enough of a sad-sack to take the bait, they'll get you to transfer your debt to a new 'debt instrument' (give you a new card) that will start with a relatively low rate, then jack it up to truly usurious rates when you miss a payment. That's why they are debt pirates. In essence they 'steal' your debt from another credit institution by getting you to agree to it. Then if you have a beef with their methods, they likely have some legal mumbo-jumbo that will put your complaint into mandatory third-party out-of-court settlement -- probably using a 'third party' that they've bribed to lean their way. In other words, you'll end up paying and paying, and there will be nothing a state or federal court can do about it. You are now even more of a debt slave.

When you put your number on the Federal Do Not Call List (FDNCL), the list becomes available to companies that make cold calls, ostensibly so they can make sure to remove your number if it matches that list. Except Rachel is blatantly using the list as a *call* list instead. Because seriously -- where else are you going to find a fully-qualified list of valid numbers?

Rachel doesn't provide a real address. She doesn't provide a number to call back. She doesn't have real website. The people who answer are often times rude. When you ask her minions what credit card company they're with they say 'visa/mastercard' or 'your visa or mastercard'. The people they hire know they are doing something illegal. No upstanding company does business like this.

What Rachel is doing, if it's not already illegal, *should* be illegal. They knowingly call people on the FDNCL. They knowingly attempt to steal debt from people who are too fog-headed to perceive that they are being hoodwinked -- a clue that the person being hoodwinked probably should not have a credit card in the first place -- raise the rates after the same people miss a payment, and then suck their 'clients' dry until they have nothing.

If ill will could bend intentions to reality, I suspect Rachel would be suffering with piles, cancer and rash, for all the anger she has likely instilled in the people she has crossed. I wish there were some way to rickroll Rachel every time she calls someone.

If you get a call from Rachel, press 1 and try to keep her minions on the phone. Ask stupid questions like 'what's the rate' and 'what do I have to do'. Finally, try asking them how they can possibly sleep at night knowing they are stealing the debt of clueless people whom they know won't be able to pay. Ask them how it feels to be a credit card pirate - stealing the most from those who have the least.

My names Not important replies to Rachel -- Pull my finger.
Well as most of you here, I too have received numerous calls from this Credit Card Services. In fact, I received one 30 mins ago. I called both my State Attorney Generals and the US Attorney Generals office about this. Their response was "We can't do anything about it, because it is under the control of an offshore corporation"  They said that most the numbers that appear on our caller ID's are what they call "spoofed". The whole thing is ran from a computer system with sophisticated software that randomly makes up numbers  to have displayed onto the receiving parties caller ID. As for the name "Credit Card Services", it is a fake and generic name used to make it sound legit. I think the only thing good enough for the people behind this, is NOT jail time, but a bullet in their head. Make an example of them and make it ring all the way around the world... Then just maybe the calls will end!

I am sooooooo sick of these almost daily calls for Rachelle.  Press 3 to discontinue these messages and calls never works. Today I pressed 1 to speak to a live operator..a man answered and asked if I was calling about the offer.  NO I want my name taken off of your list.. CLICK......he immediately hung up on me.  Who can I contact about Rachele?  I am on the do not ca
L list, but does not seem to help with RACHELLE. UGH!!!

And the calls just keep coming. I have used a whistle, I have asked them to stop calling, I have swore at them. I told them I was coming to kill them. Nothing works, two calls today different caller ID's. I am dumping my AT&T land line as they won't help. I will go with an internet phone number, saves a lot of money and this one has a call block feature. Each time I get a call I will add that number to the blocker.
The Do Not Call List is just one more useless government idea and a waste of taxpayer dollars.

    Sick of Cardholder Services
Regarding the Do Not Call List:  Since registering, I have gotten a lot fewer calls.   Except for Rachel.  The thing is, how can you expect an agency like this to stop someone who is determined to evade the law?  I think the DNCL has generally been helpful.

The other thing I wonder:  Surely these jerks have to make some money somewhere.  They have to actually give you a place to send payments if the claim to consolidate your debt.  Has anyone actually see the address?  You'd think that someone could trace them through the flow of money...

I get three phone calls a day. I've FINALLY got a good call back number to mess with them. *67 770-293-0150. Enjoy I've already called a couple times today. You most likely will get hold music for a couple of seconds and then get someone asking if you pressed one to lower your interest rates. One of their reps is name Chad and another Jaime (male).  I call them as many times as I can and always enjoy cussing at them or calling them N*****s.  Trust me they will engage you and cuss right back.  It is a total scam so there are no rules.

Someone posted that the company behind this is Ambrosia Web Design based in Mesa Arizona.  They said the key player is a Chris Ambrosia but his information is well hidden. However they said that they found who they thought is his wife in Mesa - Lynette A Ambrosia and her cell number is 480-507-8801.  Caveat I cannot verify this but you have to wonder how man Ambrosias are in Mesa Arizona.  It would be nice to find a way to bother these people as much as they have bothered us.
