Received 3 calls from these guys from 559-328-2353 at my office claiming to be some kind of Official US Branch of Govt. Anyways I called them to see what this was all about, and they couldn't get their names straight, So I asked for their address and the guy just hangs up. Its a SCAM of some kind for sure so don't fall for it.

    Received a call from 916-872-9423 on December 23, 2014 from a man with a heavy Indian accent claiming to be from the U.S. Department Treasury Department of Legal affairs, they said my name and threatened legal action against me if I didn't call back right away. Then on January 9, 2015 we received 3 calls from 323-786-6714 from a man with a heavy Indian accent claiming to be Steve Martin and they didn't say my name this time and told me this was the 2nd attempt trying to get a hold of me and threatened they would take us to a majestry judge if I did not call back. I just want these calls to stop and it's really harassing our family.

      I had this same message glad I see this comments. I had feeling this was a scam. When call that number back they hang up. It is annoying they call me 10 times a day at least several times in 10 minutes.

      I received a call from 2132893844 and was threaten as well and I called it back spoke to a lady with a heavy accent. She said I owe for back taxes and a warrant is going to be issued. She then said I owe like 4,000. I hung up after she said the police will be knocking on my door to arrest me.

        I received a called today from 917-794-2009
        Stating that two letters had been sent out to me and wanted to know if I had any questions, I said no,he went on to say you're being charged for back taxes and an officer would be out to arrest me and I'd be going to jail for 6mos.

    I have received 2 calls  from chris steven 760-298-4491(calif. call)  it was a recording from dept, of legal affairs asking me to return the call   called twice in20 minutes.  I will return his call when I see pigs flying overhead!

      I got this same Chris Stevens, 760-298-4491 today.... 7 times so far, calling every 30 minutes and leaving his message. So Annoying... How do you block these ppl

        If you have a cell phone just click the "i" to the right of the number and it will bring up, allowing you access. Go to the bottom of the page by scrolling down and click block caller

      Mine said it was from John Carter.  I also got something a month or so ago, from  an an another very American sounding name, which I don't remember.  That time, it was supposedly the U.S Treasury; this time it was Dept. of Legal Affairs.
