Received 3 calls from these guys from 559-328-2353 at my office claiming to be some kind of Official US Branch of Govt. Anyways I called them to see what this was all about, and they couldn't get their names straight, So I asked for their address and the guy just hangs up. Its a SCAM of some kind for sure so don't fall for it.

    Received a call at 1:10pm, on Mon Dec 13, 2016, from a voice recording from The Department of Legal Affairs of the United States of America.  (My caller id showed number from Walnut, CA: 909-345-2520. Instructed me to call back with or without my attorney, as there is a warrant for my arrest. So, I called back and a man with very thick Korean (?) accent stated he is Officer Gerald Cohen, and that I have a warrant for my arrest for unknown monies I owe to the United States. I told him that I shall have my attorney uncle and  state trooper cousin at my side when they show up to arrest me; he then informed me that I need a "psych rist" because I'm stupid. I asked him what a "psych rist" is and he called me stupid, again. I then told him that I have his number and location, and I will be talking to the feds, then he told me to shove something up my......!

    My compliments to his family for raising such a charming boy!

      It might be INDIAN accent.

    I received call also from someone claiming be from department of legal affairs. His name David McGuire 7862241044 some actions taken against me. Did redial number operator said number no longer in service

    I got a VM stating the same thing.   I blocked the number from leaving text and VM.    It was a 999-999 number and out of California according to my Mr.  Number app.

    I also received  a call from these people from 845-842-2154 saying I had violated 3 laws and if I did not resolve on this call he would call the sheriff and have me arrested;
    He also said all my benefits would be suspended for7 years; I got really scared until my husband heard me and tolls me to hang up. This is horrible!

      Please don't be scare, if it was from scammer. Trust me just hang up and blocked that number.

    Here.....   this number  4122148228 called me few minutes ago. It was automatic recorded (with woman voice) and threatening to suing me, something about better get ready to have a lawyer and wishing me good luck.
    WHEN I CALLED BACK THAT NUMBER,  IT WAS A GUY ANSWERING WITH FU@<C K ING THICK INDIAN ACCENT. YEAH RIGHT GO Fffffff...... YOURSELF SCAMMER.

    I got the same call from 862-294-0589 saying i owed back taxes and had a warrent out for my arrest. I asked to speek to the mans boss, then it sounded like the same guy trying to change his voice. I asked what taxes bc i dont owe anything.. he couldnt answer me. I said i hope you get arrested for this scam and he hung up on me.

    i just returned a missed call from a "OFFICER HENRY JAMES" who had a accent  between asian and hispanic stating i have a warrant for tax evasion  from 2013/2014..i was advised to have a lawyer within 45 minutes...what should i do next

    Yes, some called claiming that i was a winner who was picked from the Treasury dept, for a grant from the government $9,000 and to only purchase a prepaid card with $250.00 loaded in order to recieve the amount awarded to reguested my name.  Which is a scam....

    got a phone call from someone claiming to be officer sharon stone the number was from seattle wa 425-559-7100 and said that unless i called them back they were going to issue arrest warrants due to tax fraud and that they looked forward to hearing from me and that i should call 425-559-7106 as soon as possible and to take this serious or there going to the magistrate or judge.ive dealt with the irs before and i know that they never call and leave messages on an answering machine they send a nice little notice in the mail,people beware of this scam.

    Received voicemail from a restricted number with a case # and a message telling me I needed to call back or I would be arrested, bla bla bla.  The # I was to call back is 518-500-2085.  I called back, knowing this is a scam and said a few choice words and the man who answered "Kevin Peterson" (ya right) promptly hung up.

    I received a call from Eric Watson claiming to be a manager from the U.S. Treasury Department and claimed I have 9,000.00 that is owed to me just for being a law abiding citizen and not breaking  any laws in the past 6 months.  This money was  also an early Christmas bonus to spend however I  wanted to. The gentleman  had a heavy accent possibly from India or Nigeria not sure, but he put me through to speak with his supervisor who was  to be the head of the Department of Treasury.
    They have scammed me out of 450.00 convincing me to purchase ITunes cards and one time steam cards in 200.00 and 250.00 each steam card 50.00 each, and one iTunes card was 100.00, and the other three was  50.00. I  was told if I purchased these cards giving them the numbers off the back of these cards, in a matter of 15 minutes after giving them by card information to my bank ..I would receive 9,750.00 wired to my bank. I  may be stupid, but they got me. Now I am out 450.00 I will never see again.

    I called the # back several different times with 2 different names. They
    gave me the same case ID #CF79621 Steve Jackson was the Supervisor, His ID,115377. I was Dick Vandyke AND John Tracy. Both times same case # And they both owe  $7739.00. Then I did say they had to be a scam they hung up. I made a mistake calling them 26 Times trying to get through. Now they are calling my work. Going to give the # 1-347-382-8910 to our PD.

    I am getting a daily call from this guy named Joe...saying he is from the 'gift department' and then will NOT
    say another word.....I NEVER said anything to him after I heard that much.   Anyone else getting these?

    I got an automated message on my cellphone from number 202-622-5000 saying they have a warrant without bail for me...although mentioned no name.  Said to call 360-209-5596.  I KNOW that I don't owe...and the IRS would notify by mail if there was truly an issue.    Lowlifes!

    I just noticed the missed call from this phone# 1-646-386-2357 as I was at work. So, I Google Search 🔍 it and discovered all of these different complaints from various websites. No message was left. Stay vigilant!
