Using various phone numbers with local area codes and/or prefixes, this company places numerous unsolicited telephone calls to my cell phone each month. I do not answer unrecognized numbers, but instead call the initiating number back on a land line. The response I get is: "Thank you for calling WCA Subscriber Services. This is a subscriber service number and your phone number is not recognized as a subscriber." My research indicates that this company is not a legitimate business, but is instead, a massive scam mill. They need to be stopped.

    If you have a smart cellphone, you can download the gold blocker app its easy to use and you can get rid off all this unwanted calls, even collection agencies ...

    Sorry, I ment to say Call Blocker Gold. When setting to block an unwanted number in this app, make sure you create 2 conditions, Hung up incoming calls and Block Out Going calls, that way they can't call you voice mail back. It also have many other features that you'll love. It's the best app of It's kind on the app market...

    I have been getting these calls weekly and now twice in the last two days. There appears to be nothing that can be done and nothing the government will do. You need to go to your local police to file a complaint which everyone is too lazy to do. The laws need to be changed as they are finding loop holes to call you by using multiple numbers.

    It will be difficult to actually find the real company behind this. It could be an off-shore company in which it will be nearly impossible to find. Don't try to ask them where they got your number from or to stop calling, they will just hang up on you.

    This is a tricky one.

    It will probably do more than the DONOTCALL complaint page. I've been complaining for years, and I have heard nothing from them.

      Just like most of the other URLs for this company that are posted. They must be changing websites as fast as the phone numbers they use.

      The number on my display for WCA Subscriber is 289-804-0685.

    They have been calling me for 6 months now and I have used their automated system to opt out and complained and yet still get daily calls.  

    I am complaining to the BBB, FTC and attorney general.

    I have also created a Facebook page to stop this nonsense.

    The continually call my cell phone too! Please someone tell us how to stop their calls!! It is agravating and harrassment. I never answer but I call back to see who it was and the message was " Thank you for calling WCA Subscribers. We tried to reach you today..." and then I just hang up. Argggghhh!

    BBB gives them an F rating.  I'm stuck w/repeat calls that, just like others above, no matter what I cannot get rid of them.  Wish we could do a class action suit against them for false advertising since there website states one can have the number removed and all the others like them that do the same thing to us.  I am tired of missing calls that I do want because I cannot ID it as a "friendly" from the multitude of  "unfriendlies" that call all day long.  If you got a product and you properly advertise it on the internet, television, etc., if I want I know how to get it - I don't need a hard sell over the phone.  Whatever!  I'm done.

    If you call back the number from your cell, a voice operator gives you the option to press "3" to be removed from the call list. You are then instructed to enter your phone number and the voice says "Please allow 7 business days to be removed from our call list. Thank you. Goodbye"

      This does not work.  don't waste your time doing it.  I have spoken to the caller multiple times and they said they will remove my number and never call again.  It's almost a year now and they are still calling.
      The only solution is for someone to wipe their whole organization out and exterminate all the callers.

    They call every single day, more than once.... the 'reject number' feature on my supposed smart phone is not so smart, calls get through.

    They have got to stop.

    Guess I log a FCC complaint too. Not that'll it'll do much.

    I was recently initiated into your group.  I am taking the hint from a previous responder and simply deleting the # from my phone.  I am not calling back.

    My Mom asked me too look into the number so I did a reverse number search...She lives in Kauai and I live in California. The number calling was 951-257-0009...I completed the search and it pulled up a landline (home) number in Idyllwild California. Right after I did the reverse search, my office line received a call from them...they are somehow receiving information via internet and any phone number you call from.

    This is crazy, it looks as though people from all areas are receiving these calls...what I suggest; do not call the number back nor look any information up under their website!

    I've been getting the many calls from a Santa Monica, CA number 310 496.8127 or others similar. When I've called back, it's the same message.. WCA blah blah..

    Rather than just post another complaint, is there anything we can do to stop these Very annoying calls????

      yes - the best solution is to hope that someone will wipe their whole organization out and exterminate all the callers, like the Aurora, Colorado incident.  Then you will never hear from them again.  These damn WCA callers has many numbers and many locations.
      They get their jollies for making these calls to annoy people.  I am pretty sure that no one orders from them.  These callers most likely are the low life who doesn't have the brains to get a good job, so by making calls to annoy people, makes them feel important.

    I tried removing the number through calling them and didn't work. Tried this: http://www.wcaconsent.com/DNC_Removal.asp. I think it's their company. Not sure if it'll work but for anyone interested you might wanna give it a shot. I'm desperate lol, would try anything not to get calls from these people.
