Using various phone numbers with local area codes and/or prefixes, this company places numerous unsolicited telephone calls to my cell phone each month. I do not answer unrecognized numbers, but instead call the initiating number back on a land line. The response I get is: "Thank you for calling WCA Subscriber Services. This is a subscriber service number and your phone number is not recognized as a subscriber." My research indicates that this company is not a legitimate business, but is instead, a massive scam mill. They need to be stopped.

    Instead of a law suit, contact the Ministry of Consumer Services and file a complaint for free, they will investigate the business and provide consequences to bad business practices.  Their website is Http://www.sse.gov.on.ca/mcs/en/Pages/default.aspx or email them at consumer@ontario.ca.  Hope that helps! :)

    I have received numerous calls from a collection agency trying to contact a person not living at my address.

    The automatic message came yesterday from WCA Subscriber Services 1-289 275 1744.
    Today the same company used the unlisted number 1-902 442 7738
    The area code 289 is in Canada, Ontario
    The area code 902 is in Canada: Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island

    The number to which I am supposed to report is also an unlisted number 1-800-588-40244 which is most likely operating from India or Pakistan.

    I  have repeatedly been told that the person they are looking for is not living at my address.

    I have been promised several times that my phone number will be droppped from their list. This I was promised again to day.
