Using various phone numbers with local area codes and/or prefixes, this company places numerous unsolicited telephone calls to my cell phone each month. I do not answer unrecognized numbers, but instead call the initiating number back on a land line. The response I get is: "Thank you for calling WCA Subscriber Services. This is a subscriber service number and your phone number is not recognized as a subscriber." My research indicates that this company is not a legitimate business, but is instead, a massive scam mill. They need to be stopped.

    Tired of These CAlls
    These callers are  SCAMS. They call all the time. DO not give them any information and you CAN BLOCK them if you have that setting.  Here are the numbers that I found to be SCAMMERS!!!! I am keeping a log and will be posting them each time they call!

    I received call on land line. I couldn't answer in time (even though it rang at least 10 times). I have no answering machine, so I tried to call back. Message said call couldn't be made as dialed. Tried cell phone. Message said # not recognized as subscriber. Guess they'll start calling that one now. Looked up BBB rating. No surprise, it's F. Will they stop calling any numbers that don't answer, or just keep calling?

    BIG scam. I'm tired of their robo calls. You can't even tell them to stop.

    i get same message at first it starts out silent till i speak and says that WCA message and me im like a cmon anyone try reporting it to the F.B.I cuz if so plz reply 2 my comment

    Have received calls from 402-260-7934 at 2 and 3am... didn't bother to call back but web search ties it to WCA Subscriber Services.  My cell is listed with the DNC, I'm not a subscriber, and robo-dialed calls within the area code at this time of morning is just ridiculous.

    Fortunately, I have a restricted cell number.  When I call the number back, my # doesn't show up.  The # that called me was 510-228-0854.  I have a Droid OS, and you can d/l a call blocking program that will blacklist numbers.  I've done this and now the number automatically gets hung up on when it attempts to call.  I've been through this once before and the number will stop calling after a couple of days once its blacklisted.  Hope this helps!

    My cell number suddenly started receiving calls from these people back in June of 2012.  I tried calling back on a landline but received the much discussed ".  .  . not a subscriber.  .  ." message.  So, after getting angry and visiting this site, I called back  from my cell phone and went through the voice mail system to be removed from the list.  I received one more call after that.

    That was 3 months ago today, without a single call to my cell.  I still resent that someone put my name on the list, but I am not as agry as I was in June and July.

    Let's join forces, find these people, and kill them all.  Who's with me?  I know I'll enjoy getting my time back, which they have no right to steal in the first place!

    Makes me wonder with how many calls they make how many accidents they've caused when people try to answer their phone while driving . . .

      I.m with you, got a call from 308-210-8578. Have been recieving these calls for more than a week and have pressed 2 to stop the calls.. Today i pressed 1 so I could speak with someone. I told Sean that I've been pressing two and expected the calls to stop. Asked when and he said"as long as it takes" So i asked his last name and company name...He replies "sean Beesnuts",,unbelievable. He was roaring with laughter, so I said I wish I could see him face to face. His reply " You don't want to see me, I'll break your f'ing neck'". Realiizing this was going nowhere I hung up and am now trying to contact my ATTORY GENERAL.

    Yes, after numerous calls and trying to unscribe from these people, they still call me. I appreciate seeing these other complaints. I am going to my cell provider and blocking their calls.

    I'll take the federal law enforcement agencies seriously if they would just once go after these kind of scammers and make a public example out of them.  Unfortunately, the Feds just aren't interested in going after these kind of people...too much work, ya know.

    But they'll go after your regular John and Jane Doe taxpayers with a vengence.

    With the underhanded approach they take, I couldn't give a rat's ass what they sell, I don't want any.
