I am not sure that this is the name of the company because it is very difficult to understand the name of the company. This company has called me 2 times and left 15 minutes of messages on my answering machine. He repeats his name (which I cannot understand) and his phone number over and over again for 15 minutes.........I called them back the first time approximately a month ago and told him do not call again, and today I received the same 15 minute message. He is not calling for me, but and I am not going to put up with the harassment. The phone number that he give to call back is 1-800 -335-0872. I DO NOT WANT ANYMORE COLLECTION CALLS. I HAVE GOOD CREDIT AND I DO NOT CARE WHO HE IS CALLING FOR HE HAS NO RIGHT TO CONTINUE TO CALL AND HARASS ME! Please let me know what else I can do to get him to stop!

Received a call from MRS Associates a few minutes ago. Very heavy India accent on the other end. He stated his name and that he was with MRS Associates and asked if I was who he was trying to get in touch with. I asked him what the nature of the call was about and he asked again if I was who he was looking for. I asked what Mrs Associates was and he asked me "Why won't you identify yourself?" I politely (really I did) told him that he had the wrong number and to have a blessed day. Then hung up.
His attitude when demanding why I wouldn't identify myself set the tone for me hanging up.
I do not need to identify myself to anyone other than law enforcement and especially to a stranger over the phone that I pay for. in my mind it's like walking into my living, room uninvited and start asking me questions.

If I owe a debt how come they have not just mailed me the bill? I have not got anything in the mail from them or anyone else claiming I owe money but keep getting a call from these people.

I live near MRS and I see who they employ, all I can say is you're getting calls from ignorant trash. This company has quite a turnaround of employees. Also, the supervisors and employees have no respect for the residents that live on the same street. MRS just came rolling in one day and caused a lot of animosity with the residents. Ignorant, disrespectful a**holes. I call the police on them constantly for not abiding by our traffic laws on residential streets. Now one can get an image of who is calling them.

MRS Collections have called my cell phone many times over the last few months from 888-299-3484. The calls always come on a Wednesday. They call for a couple weeks then 3 or 4 weeks later they call again. We were discharged by bankruptcy in 2012. We have no more debts. The phone rings about 3 times and then hangs up. They never leave a message. I refuse to answer their calls as that is what I have been advised to do. I have read other reports that say MRS has been known to place the dead debts on one's credit report. I watch my credit reports and should they list something on it they will be sued. Zombie debt is dead debt. They can not collect or list something that was discharge through bankruptcy. However, from what I have read online on many site's, scam collection companies like MRS don't follow any rules.

How about just paying the bill if you owe it?

Or what we really want- replies to pay the bill
Pay whatever bill we say you owe.  We really don't care who we get to pay it.

how about... replies to pay the bill
... you validate the debt according to the FDCPA.  Oh wait, I'll bet you can't.  Take a hike.
