- I got double-chargedI got double charged for this product on 3-6-2012. It shows the orderfind com for that date, then takes another from my debit/ATM on 3-9-2012. That would be $49.95 twice! I have seen many complaints on your site about this happening, so what is up with that? I expect a refund of one of these....

- Unauthorized charges on credit cardI do not have the software for the automatic charge of $35.95 on my cc by DRI TREND MICRO. This is quite frustrating. I just called 952-646-5980 and the customer rep promised a refund within the next 5-7 business days. Just cross my fingers this will actually happen. This is a rip off seriously....
