My Chase Credit Card was charged illegally on 12/15/2007 by smartemarket.com for $4.95. I rarely use this credit card (no transaction for the past three months) and this is the card connected to my paypal account. I strongly suspect that the owners of www.smartemarket.com are phishing credit cards...

MFI* MY FAMILY ANCESTRY has made a charge to my bank account for $109.95. I've never visited the website. Never authorized the charge. How they got my account information? I've notified my bank, and they are investigating this. What else should I do to insure this never happens again?

This company has a website, but it is a scam. They offer loans and require large dollar amounts to secure your loan and never send your loan money. They use the following phone numbers 866-399-4148, 646-536-9090 and 347-562-2648.
