I signed up for 4 posters @2.00 each and was billed $32.48. I called to cancel the membership immediately 0n 10/18/07, they had already debited my account for another $48.00 which showed up after I had called. This charge was for two posters that I did not order. I called after the first charge and she said I could return the posters and I would be credited the original $32.48, I agreed to keep those not knowing they had already shipped 2 more for $48.00 more. The attorney general should shut down their web site.

Yea, so I got my bank statement back today. Poster Pass: $96. I am in college. I only subscribed for 4 posters to complete a deal for PS3, which I never followed through on. True, I never read the terms, but $96. Are you kidding me??? This is possibly the worst company I have ever bought from. Despicable BS.

I too had the same terrible experience with poster pass. I fulfilled all the reqirements to get PS3 and they never gave it to me. one of the companies I signed up with was four posters at poster pass for $2.00 each which I paid in full plus shipping at time of order. I got charged $32.48 on my credit card. I called to complain they said I would be credited. I have gotten 2 more boxes of 2 posters in each I did not order and my credit card has been charged $48.00 twice. that is $96.00 for 4 posters I could get exact same poster at walmart for $3.98 each with no shipping charges. I called back and they said send them back and I'd get credit. I sent them back and did not get credited on my card and now they have the posters I sent back. I got charged $96.00 + 32.48 and have nothing for it. I sent all posters back. this is a total rip off of $128.48 and they have my credit card info in their system. who can get my money back and help everyone that is getting ripped off by poster pass.

Everone needs to call their credit card companies and tell them what has happened..I called the company and was told it was explained on the web site... it was not... plus .. no bill when i received the posters..  They will be shut down...

What a rip off.  Should have know it was a rip off when no invoice was in the box.  What ligitate company would not let you know what was being charged to your credit card.  You can get charged several times before you received your credit card bill. I called my credit card company and ask that my credit card number be changed because of fradulant charges. I may not get my money back but it will stop the charges on my card.  I was lucky that I caught it on the second charge.  Good luck to anyone who can get these people out of business.  If I can help anyone in this, let me know.

This place says see terms and detail, but you have to put in your credit card info first. That's how they get you. However, I looked in help and it shows the charges of 43.00 plus 19.00 shipping each month! I pissed at my husband for ordering off here.

Hey I made a complaint online with the BBB. You should as well. They can shut them down if enough people complain.

Filing a complaint with the BBB is a great idea, but please go one step further.  Let your credit card company know.  The credit card companies will stop accepting their charges. I slso read that the mother company is peel.com. If enough of us complain to the BBB and our credit card company, maybe we will get a measure of justice.

I was out of town for a month.  When I finally got home, i had 3 charges.  One for 78, and two for 34$.  I sent back the posters as directed from them to receive my refund.  They were very nice to me, and did refund my money, EXCEPT for the $78 charge.  They said that they never received the return for that particular set of posters.  I tracked it down, and as it turns out, the package is sitting at their post office.  So far no one has gone to pick it up and it's been a month.  I paid $14 dollars to ship it to em.  What a a scam.  Lesson learned... NOTHING is free!
P.S.  You all are claiming to have subscribed for a PS2... Well I got scammed for a $500 Macy's gift card.  It was sent to me by my best friend so I was under the impression that it was totally lagit.  Turn out someone hacked into her myspace and sent me the message.  Beware all.

They got me two thought I was ordering from a legit sight some posters for my son and daughter they picked the four they wanted as the sight says for $2 each. I sent in the credit card info...then checked my bank account online they had already posted $34 dollars to my account!!! I could not get a hold of them to cancel the order ...I went back and after reading the comments on this page I went back and read everything I could on there sight I finally came across the monthly $44 dollar charge!!!!!! I then called my bank and informed them about what happened they canceled the transaction and my card!!(sending me a new card) I have never had this happen.. I am a very cautious person and to be scammed like this is very upsetting.  Anger does not describe my feelings well enough!!! I will report them to the police department and the BBB..but they better hope that the police find out where they are located before I do! LESSON HERE ..NOTHING IS FREE!!!

As soon as I found out it was a scam, i called my bank and canceled my debit card and put a hold on my account. Thank god that the charges didn't go through. Posterpass.com sent me a letter saying that I stole their merch, even though I sent it back. I had my lawyer send them a C and C letter and I havent heard from them yet
