    Handling Fee tacked on
    LuxuryHomeOutlet.com advertises low prices and free shipping. However, once you get to checkout, they tack on a substantial "handling fee" which puts their prices above their competitors. I find these tactics annoying and dishonest. I will never shop with these guys again. Paul

    My Sealy mattress came damaged. I called the company and they did send a replacement which came 1 week later. They did what they said they would. I was just upset there was damage in the first place. But it was nice to speak with a live person and get fast response from them.
