I didn't order this. I looked at my bank statement and saw this company took $29.95 out of it. I will have to cancel my bank card so that they don't put any more charges.

They tell you of a deal to orer 2 items then they send more and bill for things you did not order and they refuse returns. They ripped me off for $196.20 of unwanted toner, now they are sending me past due bills in the mail for an additional $142.76!

LuxuryHomeOutlet.com advertises low prices and free shipping. However, once you get to checkout, they tack on a substantial "handling fee" which puts their prices above their competitors. I find these tactics annoying and dishonest. I will never shop with these guys again. Paul
