The same ole' "Lower your interest rate" scam. Every time I press "1" to talk to them, to find out who they are- they HANG UP ON ME immediately!!! Go figure! What a scam! Stop calling. It's at least a couple times each week!!!

I pay my grandmother cards off in full each month. Her Ac unit went out last summer and i wasn't able to completely pay off the balance. Card services was able to negotiate the interest rate down to a 3%, got grandmas balance paid off and were back to a 0 balance again!!!

The EVIL Robowomen of Cardholder Services just won't stop calling, will they? If I knew of any method to stop them I certainly would use it. I've had a few numbers. One is 270-220-0219. They have call me so many times I have it memorized. They offer free gifts. I gave gone through the prompts to have my number removed but they continue to call.

Why can't you just block the phone number and end the frustration?

WCA calls me every morning regarding information on an accident. We are senior citizens in our 80's and we are being harassed by these daily recorded phone calls and wish them to be stopped or we will complain to the Federal Government. maryasmith75@yahoo.com
