I OK'ed this company to charge my credit card $4.98 for shipping and my card was charged $74.98 for the product. I am willing to send the unopened bottle back for credit card refund. This is a terrible business practice.
Thank you for any help in the matter, George

This quote taken from your post, "they sent me a cancellation email" it could prove very helpful if you would post another note including their email address.

ME TOO......UNBELIEVABLE!  Ordered the sample @4.95.....following
month got billed 74.98....missed that debit....BUT caught the next
billing for 74.98 which Instaflex claims they will refund since it hadn't
shipped yet. We'll see!  The sample didn't work for me,the capsules
were too large and difficult to swollow.  This company should be re-
quired to more prominently explain the "terms"!  Ther oughta be a LAW!
    Poor business practice!

Instaflex got me too! I'm so angry!!! Today is Sunday and the money is processing in my bank. I'm hoping to have a stop put on the funds tomorrow morning. I hope it's not to late. The amount of $74.98 is outrageous. I don't remember seeing anywhere on the order form any information regarding a commitment for auto withdrawal of that amount. AND because of other medical reasons I have frequent blood work done and my liver enzymes showed an increase after 3 days of taking those cheaply capsuled horse pills. I can't say Instaflex caused the spike nor can I say it didn't. It will be interesting to see my next lab report.

The ONLY reason I considered ordering this supplement was because their ad ran in the Arthritis Foundations weekly newsletter. I was naive enough to think that gave these criminals creditability.

Can't you send it to this address:
    MS # ??
    317 W Quail Trax Place
    Murray, Utah
    84107

Not sure if everyone uses the same MS # or not...nothing is clear with this business...there is definitely fraud here.

Yep they got me too!  Nothing but a scam, trying to return the unopend $74.99 bottle and getting the run around from customer call center.  Be sure to file a complaint with the BBB over the practice of luring someone with a free trial offer.  They wanted a card number to cover a $4.99 shipping and handling charge which seemed reasonable.  20 days later my card is charged $74.99 and an un-requested bottle of the stuff shows up in my mailbox.  Very deceptive bussiness practices to say the least!

I ordered a free trial, took out on my account $4.95 for shipping, in two weeks I received a bottle mail to my address with no bill, and that same day took $74.95 out of my account, to top it off I didn't have sufficient fund, unless there was a message in tiny letters that said I was had to have another bottle, but this is a scam!!!!Be careful you will be charged!!!!!

If you read the terms and conditions it says that they auto ship unless you call to discontinue.  Product seems to help some too.  Not sure how easy it will be to cancel if it stops working.

I feel like a "sucker" - I signed up for the "free trial" and the bottles kept coming.  When I finally looked at my online credit card banking, I had been charged $74.98 three times.  American Express was able to refuse payment on one charge, but it was too late for the other two.            (I returned two bottles but only got credit for one).  I drove to 317 W. Quail Trax Place in Murray, Utah, and it is nothing but a warehouse -- nothing out in the open or honest about this Instaflex Rip-Off Business!  They must make millions off elderly people like me and others.  It hurts in the pocketbook to learn a lesson like this!  I'm as angry about this scam as the rest of you are!!

OK everyone, do the following.  Call your credit card company ASAP and dispute the charge.  They will 3 way you and Instaflex, thell them you need to cancel the order, and want to get a refund.  They will say that they shipped the second bottle to you and will need to give you a RMA number to ship it back.  When you get the bottle write "Send back to shipped" and place the RMA number.  Use our phone cam to take a picture of the package and writing for PROOF if they say they did not receive it.  They say I will take 10-15 days to get it back and refund your money.  Good luck to call.  This is just ridiculous and bad business practice.

I have MPORTANT good news for all of you who order online - only you must enroll in online banking to take advantage:
BankofAmerica credit cards offer a ShopSave service that generates a new credit card number tied to your regular card. For that new number you set a dollar limit (enough to cover your planned purchase, sales tax and S & H) and an expiration date of 2 to 12 months. It can be for one-time use or repeated use by a single vendor. You can cancel that number at any time w/o it affecting your regular B of A credit card.
Enrolling doesn't mean you have to do much other than be able to look at your credit card and checking account activity online.  Same ID and password woorks for ShopSafe.

Thank you all for writing!  I was about to order Instaflex 2-week-free trial but you all changed my mind.

I ordered the trial bottle to see its effects myself as there are several people in our congregation that suffer from joint pain.  Shortly after our church credit card was charged for the product of $74.99, and have also received unwanted deliveries and I am taking steps to be refunded for these. I want to send back the unopened bottles and receive a full refund.

After I filled out my credit card info for the free trial, I clicked on the fine print of disclosures and it does talked about the $74.95 auto ship with easy cancellation within 14 days. I then reviewed the internet info about Instaflex being a scam and never processed the order. I am hoping it did not go through but I won't know until next month.
Lesson to be learned, if it sounds too good to be true, it's a scam

Instaflex products are absolutely scam with no medical value.
The company made me distrustful of all businessses doing online such as theirs. They just robbed us of our hard-earned money. Firstly, about their exhorbitant and cut-throat price. Second, about their way of stealing us by just catching us un-guarded and off-handed, by automatically billing and sending their unwated products to us after 18 days of trial basis only. If we forgot to check our e-mail and do something then we are hooked.
I still have at 4 or 5 unwanted and never-opened bottles of Instaflex which are ready for rubbish can, due to my stupidity and negligence to check their e-mail.
I think that we will not ever, ever doing this type of trial online again. I don't ever listen to their advettisement! Only fraud and scam!
