I OK'ed this company to charge my credit card $4.98 for shipping and my card was charged $74.98 for the product. I am willing to send the unopened bottle back for credit card refund. This is a terrible business practice.
Thank you for any help in the matter, George

What a beautiful scam - got me too.  Supposedly you can send mthe product back and eventually they may take you off the list.  If all else fails, I guess you cancel your credit card and start over!

Me too. Called the Customer Support and received an RNA number, after numerous offers to discount the product if I agree to stay with the program.
I am to write the RNA number on the outside of the retruned product and my CC will be credited.
Will let you all know how that worked.

I got this problem also. I happened to check my credit card account and found out I was charged $74.99 for the bottle I didn't order. I called this number 877-869-3310 and I spoke with Chad. I relayed the problem, he mentioned that on the trial order form there's a section there that if you didn't reply back within 18 days you will be shipped and charged for the bottle for $74.99. I didn't see that print. Anyway, I haven't received the bottle yet, he checked it and it was already shipped. I was instructed to return it (unopened) with the RMA numer (given to me by him) written on the package. Once the package is received by them, apprx 2 weeks, the credit card will be credited.

Ok, if this happens to you too, frist call 1-877-869-3310, cancel all orders, don't open package, get a RMA #, write it on the outside of package, and return to sender, they should call you in a couple days and give you a credit on your account after they recieve it.

I have the same issue, I did not authorize this company to charge my account for more than 4.95.  I want to be reimbursed for the 74.98.

I also have gotten scammed by Instaflex and being out of work and trying to feed the family, this $75 charge has just about cleaned me out financially.

Yes -- all those people from Instaflex are taking money from old people whose have pain and now they have economical and moral pain. These people from instaflex are going to hell for these. Also the employees that support this scam activity. The goverment should do
    something about this company .

Thank all of you for your comments, for you gave me the courage to take care of this problem immediately.  Because there were so many responses out there, I knew I was not alone with a problem such as we all have evidently shared.
I first made a formal written (internet) complaint with the BBB. ( A very simple procedure.)   I then contacted my credit card "customer service", again very helpful and they were great.  I then called Instaflex at 1-877-869-3310, and told them what all I had done, told them that the time that I received the trial pills and the time they shipped another bottle did not give me ample time to evaluate the benefits of the Instaflex.  They will try to tell you that there was plenty of time, anyway, just tell her/him to give you the RMA #....and you will get the results you want.  Wha lah! Your done!  Put the RMA # on outside of package.  Make sure you take care of it quickly....the longer you wait, the less likely you will get it resolved.

Just call Instaflex and after they give you this "You had plenty of time to try the pills and you received them......blah blah...you just say,"Please just give me the RMA# so I can return these pills to you."

They very quickly tell you that they certainly will do that.  They know they have had lots of complaints about the product and their method of conning people into the use of the product.

I contacted the BBB and my credit card customer service people.  Had my "ducks in a row" so to speak.  I told the Instaflex rep that.....they quickly obliged.

Just respond quickly.....They were actually cordial. Simple solution, just be fast....we all need to be a little more careful when we fall for these quick cures.  Agreed?

I orderd my free (if $4.99 is free) bottle 10/17/10  and today recieved a larger bottle in the mail.11/13/10. I see now reading all these complaints, Im also a victim of fraud. These emails are from as long ago as April..Why hasnt this company been investigated or reported to the necessary authorties? People keep buying, not knowing what they are getting
into, and the company laughs all the way to the bank. I suggest the news media for starters to get it out. We have news stations that do reports on these kind of complaints..Ill contact my local station..some of you do the same. The evidence is all here..and alot of us are pissed and $75.00 is a bit chunk in this economy..and it hurts. Lets help the future purchuser-ers and stop this f n company from taking peoples money. See ya on TV.

I signed up for a trial package of Instaflex to be shipped within a week. This has never arrived. The deadline for cancelling has passed. I have been unable to call them on the phone , so where do I stand?   Is this a SCAM?

I authorized Instaflex to charge my credit card $4.98, no other charge was authorized or implied.  I received the sample and two weeks later received
90 pills which I had not ordered.  There was no invoice in the package so I immediately called my credit card company who informed me I had been charged $74.98 WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.  This must be some kind of fraud and given the number of people who have been ripped off $75 looks like a felony to me!!
Can we somehow share information and go after this outfit in some kind of a class action suit?  I am really mad about being ripped off and they have my credit card information!!!  Also the product was not as effective as others I have used that cost a fraction of this product.

I read the complaints of others at this site and my complaint is the same--unauthorized use of my credit card to order $75.00 worth of pills that I never ordered.  Filed a complaint with with my Visa company and the BBB both of which I recommend.  Let's get rid of this business, do not let this go by without complaining to those who may have some power to help us in fradulant practice.C4C6

I had the same thing happened to me, but I called them and they returned my money on my account. I decided to order the free trial again, and one more time they shipped me another order without my consent. So this time I'm just gonna send the bottle back without calling them, and I'll just send a note with it instead. I'll keep in touch and let you all know what happens. Wish me luck!
