I OK'ed this company to charge my credit card $4.98 for shipping and my card was charged $74.98 for the product. I am willing to send the unopened bottle back for credit card refund. This is a terrible business practice.

    Good thing I checked out peoples respnses to the use of this product and buisiness. I am surprised at the amount of people who were actually scammed by the product. You always have to check the legitimacy of any online buisiness that is asking for access to your personal banking information. Live and learn I guess.

    I okay this company for a free sample for $4.98 and got charged $74.98 for the product. I did not approve a recurring account and I do not like this product. I did not make approval for anything online and I'm sorry I tried the  supposed "SAMPLE". Take the charge off my account and my name from your inventory right away.

    I also have the same problem as all of the above.   I now have three unopened bottles and have complained before. I have not heard a word acknowledging my request to return any that I have unopened.  Again, please return this request.

    They need to shutdown this company! I too was scammed! I was away working for 5 months i get home i find that the package is piled up in my mailbox! I then check my credit card and find i was billed for 147.60 for April/May for products which i didn't order! when i called the company the girl who answered was rude and didn't allow me to talk! I in the process of working with my credit card company to get this resolved! I have also filed a claim with the BBB! DON'T BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!

    I have long been agitated by advertisements that tout free trials and then, request your credit card. Who do we complain to?

    They did the same thing to me...criminals..I am starting to think just like them now, and I will keep the product and dispute the 74.98 with AA,SO THEY WILL LOOSE THE PRODUCT AND MONEY S WELL.

    Wow! My heart really goes out to everyone who gets scammed,it's just so sad that people are out there doing this to us!! I fell prey to the acai berry scam & I had to change my credit card # to get away from them!IT WAS AWFUL!I became scared to order ANYTHING on line! Thankyou all for posting here.

    Same thing happend to me.  Was checking my credit card statement tonite and saw this amount listed.  So I checked it out and realized what  it was.  So called the c.card company and they are taking it off my statement and notifying them about it.  I also emailed instaflex and told them I didn't order it and to send me a return auth. so I could send it back.  It looks like this has been going on for some time.  I think the reporting them to a BBB In Salt Lake is a great idea.

    I ordered the trail for $4.99 and a week later was charged $74.98.  Called my bank and working with them to get my money back.  I am filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau. A**H****.

    same here i wsill contact the bbb. i hope they have to use there product one day and someone pulls the same stuff on them and they forever.

    I too have just been scammed... Saturday I received a bottle of 90 pills and I called my credit card service and found I had also been charged $74.98. I am e-mailing the Utah BBB and will file a compaint with them. Hopefully I will get my money back after I return them..  Such a sad company to deal with and what a fool for falling for the scam..

    if you agree to the charge you did not read what you are agreeing to when you check the agreement read on the left of that which states that you will recieve a jar every month but you can cancell by calling 1-877-869-3310
