I OK'ed this company to charge my credit card $4.98 for shipping and my card was charged $74.98 for the product. I am willing to send the unopened bottle back for credit card refund. This is a terrible business practice.

    I sent in for a free trail offer and did not like the product I have received 2 more of the bottles and have not opened them with no invoice or nothing with the bottle. I did not ask for this product and the product did nothing for me and had to be taken three times a day. I am furious and feel ripped off!

    I accepted the free trial, it came with no documentation... 2 more bottles have come since but I don't even know who is sending them.  How do I cancel??This is bad business and unfair trade laws should stop this company.

    Scam Scam Scam.  Just not a good way to do business by deceit.  Why put stuff i fine print?  Why enroll in automatic charge system?  I wish I know a way to to expose ths type of companies and develop a system which re-directed people(anyone trying to buy from such companies)to a warning that informs consumers about such complaints.

    I hate you instaflex!  Even my joint pain is not enough to convince me to go back to you............even if your product really works!

    The best way to pay would be with a credit card which you load up with the amount you want to pay for something after that it is no good unless you deposit the amount you want paid. Dave in Canada

    I, too, ordered the free trial and authorized payment of the shipping charge.  When the sample arrived, I never even opened it as I am allergic to shellfish and could not use the supplement.  I assumed that was the end of it.  Do not know where they said anything about further shipments or the price.  They shipped two bottles and charged my credit card account $74.98 for each.  I could hardly believe it as I never placed an order for anything but the free trial.  When I called, the lady said I didn't cancel "in time" but that when they received the returned pills, they would credit me for one shipment of $74.98 and $40 for the second bottle.
    I returned all three bottles of pills.  They only credited me $74.98.  I will report them to the bbb and I will also notify the FDA.  These people should be shopped before they cheat anyone else!

    It is a true shame that companies like this one take advantage of those who are in pain and sick. They do put the details in the fine print but, as is obvious from all these complaints, many, many people did not see the details but do be careful...it is NOT a free sample if you are paying for any part of it....that is how they get you. Do NOT give out your credit card and your address and email address to these people....you have no idea who they are selling that info to.

    Do something to make them pay....never shop at GNC stores and get on the Better Business Bureau website and complain and continue to post your issues like you have here. If they dont refund your money, contact the Attorney General in your state. (you can email or call) and tell them you are calling about consumer healthcare fraud.

    The exact same thing happened to me. They kept taking money out of my account time and time again. There was never anyone you could get a hold of at any of the numbers. I finally had to close my account and get a new debit card and everything else. What a hassle. My bank refunded me back my money for the product I never even received and the the instaflex people fought it and they believed them and took the money back out of mt account. Unbelievable!they are straight up crooks!

    I phoned within the 18 day window to cancel and received an e-mail confirming my cancellation.You have to read the small print.

    please cancel inataflex , we are elderly folk and on a fixed income this is too expensive also A diabetic can not take Glucosamine ,please im sending your bottle back and please credit our acct. be as quick as you were to  were to collect the 74.94

    I just called that number to cancel because  I thought it was to much. They were more than willing to lower the price when I said I wanted to cancel to $34.98 with shipping included per month.

    I received a package containing a bottle of Instaflex.  I was surprise because I did not order but I signed up to receive a free sample. Now I learned that this is their way of getting my money. I think after learning want they are doing I have more pain than before.  I am not in USA so returning this cost more yet I am willing to return.  Instaflex MS#730,

    Is this a correct address?  How can we stop them?  Where will we write or call so we they can be put to prison for doing this.  This is a hard earned money that they are getting and they are capitalizing on the pains/sickness of others.

    Instaflex!!! I have the same problem. They are chaging me $74.98 too for a product I never order. There is no Invoice send to me. Just a plastic bag with the product. The stupidest things about my CIBC credit card customer service is that they refuse to stop payment to this company and customer service guy telling me to let them charge another time then they will claim the money back for me later. This is really bad advice from CIBC, Canada. I am doubly disappointed. I am cancelling my CIBC VISA card.

    Do yourself a favor and act on this immediately, once you know you have been scammed.  Call your credit card company.  You will have to cancel your current card and have a new one issued.  They should also remove the charge from your account.  It is a terrific nuisance but it will stop this nightmare in it's tracks.  Then, resolve to never fall for this kind of offer again.
