I OK'ed this company to charge my credit card $4.98 for shipping and my card was charged $74.98 for the product. I am willing to send the unopened bottle back for credit card refund. This is a terrible business practice.

    Anybody that says free trial than wants your credit card to pay shipping is a fraud I wish people would just stop falling for this if it was really free they wouldn't need your credit card so my advice is if anyone says free trial but needs your card it's a scam don't do it

      I agree with your advice.  I fell for the same scam with LifeCell company. , but have learnt my lessen and will pass it on

    Same thing happened to me...receive a large bottle in the mail yesterday with no inovice, nothing...called my credit card company and sure enough they charged me $74.98....I called them at 1-877-869-3310 and although he was very rude he told me to return it in the envelope and to write an RMA number on the front and gave me the number...he said that when they receive it they will credit my account and cancel my account with them....didn't know I had an account with them....I just odered the trial size for $4.99.  Seeing that there are so many complaints, I believe that they should be reported to the Attorney General's Office in Utah, not only the better business bureau...when I get the address for the AG's office I will send it out to all of you...so you can write letters too...if they get enough of them they will investigate and close the place down...

    Thanks to all of you folks for posting the comments.  I was about to "bite" on the trial off this stuff because the other stuff OTC does not work for me.  I am sure reading all of the negative comments saved me a big hassle....Df

    I had requested a sample of Instaflex for trial. But In received a 30 count bottle with a charge of $104.13. I expected a smaller sample that would not be so costly.I am going to try to return this "full" bottle and get a credit. I am disappointed with the current transaction.

    Instaflex is advertising free trial again. Im sorry so many have been scammed but thankful you posted. I was going to try it for my arthritis..not now. Thank you for the info on their bad bussiness.

    You better not charge my credit card for more than one order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I will turn you in, as my son is a former police commissioner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    i would like to see if it really does work i get shots in my knee and elbow to stop the pain so i can do things with out the pain.
