I OK'ed this company to charge my credit card $4.98 for shipping and my card was charged $74.98 for the product. I am willing to send the unopened bottle back for credit card refund. This is a terrible business practice.
Thank you for any help in the matter, George

i'm ashamed of myself at my age to get this "stiffed" by such a scam...offered me a free sample for 4.98 shipping ,then billed me 74.98 without my knowledge....was on the phone with a customer service rep. for 20 minutes....they fight with you on the phone and try to "sweeten the pot" with another scam offer...sent product back today but don't expect them to honor there refund offer...i'm out a total of 85.12..what frightens me the most is they have my credit card number and i will continue to get billed randomly....attorney general should look into this outfit....they assured me i'm cancelled and no future orders will arive and be billed to me....wanna bet?????....these people are soooooo "CROOKED" than when they die you could "SCREW" them into the ground...good luck getting satisfaction....I see this dragging on for years with this outfit....jerry

being a former used car salesman I never thought anyone could out-scam a scammer...i was wrong....contacted these crooks this morning and they assured me a full refund....won't happen..i guarantee it..best thing to do is cancel your current debit/credit card from your bank and get re-issued a new one....if you don't these crooks will continue to debit your acct. for 74.98 randomly....lick your wounds and walk away from your losses and don't let them take more $$$$$ from your acct....i mailed the products back this morning with their assurance i'd get a full refund ....i can assure you it won't happen....i will never get one dime back from these crooks.....good luck...jerry

    jerry again....
my final feedback...one gentleman indicated this firm rips off the elderly..WRONG!!!!!....they don't discriminate...they rip everyone off regardless of age, sex, race, or creed....some clever salesman put this scam together and has little or no morals....even they know it's a scam..there service reps. are "TRAINED" in advance to be prepared for the HUGE amounts of complaints they are receiving. Close your existing debit/credit card..get issued a new one from your bank or these crooks will pull every nickle out of your acct. and head for the border. This firm will go out of business very soon and i'm sure thats their next plan. Clean out everyones accts. and leave town....my bank told me if i don't get my "promised" refund in 2 weeks to cancel my existing card and get reissued a new one...a different acct. number. I wonder how these people sleep at nite????the telephne rep. asked me what it was i disliked about the product. Told her i refuse to do business with any company with such deceptive business practices. Finally....I would boycott GNC stores for selling this firms product on their shelves....They won't get my business anymore...J.Johnson

I called this number - 1-877-869-3310 today - January 5, 2011 at around 12:30 in the afternoon and had talked to Barbara.  She is very nice and of course you will be offered of prices lowered up to $29.99 for an auto shipment.  I cancelled my Free Trial before it expires in couple of days. If you don't act and had forgotten to do so in due date before it expires (within 18 days)then you will be of course charged.  I gracefully declined every offer and will not be charged nor received any shipment in the future.  You will also received an email to prove it was cancelled.  I hope you act quickly ...don't be late...

Instaflex and all involved should be sent to jail.  When you must read a six page disclaimer, you know they are crooks.  The only protection from these con-artists is your own dumb self.

I orderedthe product in Oct.  Cancelled it as soon as I was charged $75 for the sample bottle.  Sent the bottle back and was told I would have the money put back in my banc account. Today I as told it's a Visa problem.  What a scam!

People, read the terms and conditions before you order things like this. Most of these scams are technically within the letter of the law, because their terms and conditions state that by ordering the "free" trial you are entering a legal and binding contract with them, and are authorizing them to automatically ship more of their product to you, usually once a month, and to bill your credit card for some ridiculous amount for each shipment.

What is more, most of these terms of service also include a clause that says they are not responsible for lost return shipments, so unless you have some way of proving they received your return, they can just say they never got it and go on billing you, and there is nothing you can do about it.

Most of these are just modern versions of snake oil cure-alls, anyway. If you really MUST order such things, use a prepaid debit card that only has about the amount of the shipping for the initial trial offer left on it. This way they can't bill you for additional shipments unless you decide you actually like the product, and give them your real credit card number.
