Today I received a text msg asking me if I would like a $200 Gas Voucher. It provided a toll free number to call for details: 877-764-7978. I have received 6 different text messages this year, with similar promises. I called the number, the person on the other end with a foreign accent, claimed to work for "Central Rewards" and proceeds to tell me for a one-time fee of $2.95 I would get a $200 gas voucher, good anywhere. Sarcastically, I said that it sounds too good to be true! I asked him how I pay the $2.95 fee to get my voucher... Of course, he was willing to accept any major credit card. Unfortunately, when I reply STOP to opt out of these things, it does no good. Each time, the text msg with an amazing offer comes from a different number. All of them lead back to "Central Rewards"

    Those a**holes just called me on my landline telling me about some 500 dollar gift card. I was stupid enough to give them my info, but knowing I only had but $12 on the card anyway. They apparently ran the card transfered my call for me to get some confirmation code, only to be asked to give them a different card # as their system is having "technical difficulties" to process that card! Lol. I flipped out and with my broke self called my bank and had them cancel my card and save my $12. DON'T fall for this bulls**t. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!

    I recived the same call they would not even take no for an answer, as soon as i would hang up on them not even a sec after they call me back. i warned them that i would report them for arrasment but that did not even phase them they called about 15 times right after the other and left voice mails i did not give them my card info or anything but some how they already had my card number. Jeannine I WOULD file a complaint against the company i will be doin the same

    I just got a ssimilar call and didn't give credit card, buy they're calling vme back to get it. Fortunately for these postings, I know better.  All I gave was address and credit card exp datecan that come back to bight me in the but? now I'm armed to send them away when they call me back. thanks to all.

    THEY WILL NEVER STOP CALLING YOU....WHAT A PAIN

    TRY CALLING 866-751-3402 AND ASK THEM TO CANCEL EVERYTHING AND STOP CALLING.

    I received the same call and gave my card number but did not allow them to process the informational. The $2.95 was charged, but by not allowing them to process will they be able to make more charges?

    SCAM SCAM SCAM: I received a letter promising $200 gas voucher. I called them and they promised me to send me the voucher for $2.95 and I should activate some services and then cancel them. I cancelled all, but it seems that they did not tell me about one of those services. I never received the voucher. Instead the next month, I was charged $39.95 for buying magazines. I called them and they further charged me a $140 for cancellation. The next month, I was charged $19.95 from another company and when I called, they said that the gas voucher is not paid in the promised way, but I should buy $200 of gas and send them the copy and they will send me $10 a month! This is a scam. I am now waiting for more charges on my credit card. So this is a scam. Never call them.

    these jack assas said that i won a 500 dollar gift card and said that i had to give them credit card information so that they can charge me a fee for 4.95 so i gave it to them and when i go to mc donalds the following week my credit card was out of money and i lost over 7000 dolars on my debit card. police should arrest these idiots and if i get my hands on them oh god help them then

    these guys are located in andheri and thane both are suburbs of mumbai.

    the call centre name is silgate solutions.

    they work for different scam rewards such as spypeeps ,assist 123, us protection and many more.

    be aware , i've already put this on facebook so all my frnds know about this
