Royal Holiday sold us a time share on the agreement that they would purchase my existing time share. We made it perfectly clear to them that this entire deal was contingent upon the purchase of our time share and that we could not afford it otherwise. They made guarantees that our time share would be purchased within 180 days from the time we signed. We then took their advice and opened an account with RCI that would give us 6 months of no payments and no interest with the understanding that it needed to be paid in full before 6 months were up to avoid any interest. No problem we thought since we had a guarantee from them to buy our time share.

After we got home, we did not hear back from anyone for months so I called Royal Holiday numerous times only to be ignored time and time again. I then decided to call the company that was going to purchase our time share (Gene Cantrell from International Leisure Group)only to have him blow off my calls for weeks. Through persistence and numerous calls, I finally got a hold of Mr. Cantrell only to have him tell me that he was in trouble with the IRS and that he hoped to get it cleared up soon. I called a representative from Royal Holiday to let them know that this did not look like it would happen and that I wanted out of the deal. They said they would find someone else to purchase my time share and would get back to me within 24 hours. I heard nothing for weeks. I then started calling daily until Joe Harrison from Royal Holiday finally told me that Mr Cantrell and International Leisure group was back on track and would be purchasing my time share days before the 180 day deadline. When I called Mr. Cantrell to confirm, he told me that he was still trying to work it out and he was hopeful that he could make this happen. Both were lies. Neither company called back, and my 6 month deadline came and went with no returned calls. The problem was now that the loan was due and needed to be paid in full, along with interest for the past 6 months since we missed the deadline.
It is very obvious that both Royal Holiday and International Leisure group colluded to string me along so I would be forced to pay the extra charges and give me little chance of getting out of this contact.

I then started talking with Joe Harrison from Royal Holiday about terminating my contract due to the fact it was rendered void when they could not honor their guarantee to purchase my time share. Mr Harrison seemed sincere at first, but that quickly turned into the same run around that I had already grown used to. He promised calls from supervisors, promised to find a new buyer for my old time share, and then finally promised to come up with a new deal. Of course, all of this has taken 3 months and still nothing. Mr Harrison promised me a final resolve on Aug 1st only to tell me the person he needed to speak to was on vacation and he would need a few more days. After a few more days passed, he again promised to have an answer for me by Aug 8th, knowing I was leaving the country on the 10th. Today is the 22nd and still no call. I tried calling Mr Harrison today only to have the office number ring endlessly and his cell number is now disconnected.

This company is the most crooked company I have ever dealt with. If you ever go to Puerto Vallarta, stay away from the Los Tules resort where you will find the following people doing business under the name of Royal Holiday, Travel Experience, or Concord Servicing Corporation:

There are many more names to list but these were the ones that made the promises and then failed to deliver. Do your research and you will see that Royal Holiday is a not a company you can trust, nor are the properties they represent.

    I got a phone call from this people, from puerto vallarta telling me i can get vacations for 399 dollars for 4 days, they call every day and now they are askin for my date of birth and credit card type and some other questions, i think they are trying to get my money some how, please any one help, if you had the same problem please write about it    Thanks

    I have been victimized by this unscrupulous scam by Royal Holiday out of the Bahamas and Concord Services is harassing me by mail and phone. I just need some help to cancel this membership that has absolutely no value since they took all the points away for failing to use in two years. Although I could never get reservation of my choice. Now they are telling me I have to pay maintenance fees for 30 years on a 5 year contact that is virtually paid in full.  I need any information to resolve this issue. They are threatening to ruin my credit. Although a credit check was not a prerequisite when  I made this contract. Please tell me How this Concord Servicing can just take over this contract.  Royal Holiday won't return calls and Concord Servicing keep referring me back to them. Concord must know how unscrupulous they are, although they keep threatening. Please Help! Any one who can tell me who to use to resolve this issue.     Me and my girl got caught in the web of Royal Holiday when we went to cancun. We had some much problem because they took money out of my account when i called and told them i wanted to get out of my contract. We need help because we need our money back and if not the money our credit back to where it was.

    una pregunta si pagaste con tarjeta de credito de estados unidos y pones una direccion en mexico , claro el extranjero pone la de una persona conocida en mexico a poco el contrato te obliga a pagar si cancelas la tarjeta de credito en estados unidos , como royla puede cobrarte si cancelas la forma de pago que tu les diste, si cancelas tu tarjeta de credito con la cual contrataste como ellos pueden obligarte si no vives en mexico claro si realizaste el contrato en mexico ?, pienso que si te demandan por la via civil tu puedes argumentar que te quedaste sin trabajo y cancelaste las tarjestas con la cual pagabas el contrato , a poco pueden ellos hacer algo?

    Para contestar tu pregunta. Yo ahora estoy peleando por medio de profeco la cancelacion del contrato con RHC. Yo vivo en Estados unidos y al momento de firmar el contrato yo no proporcione mi numero de seguro social. Esta cia contrato a una agencia de cobranza en los EUA para que consiguiera mi informacion pues al tener mi numero de tarjeta de credito y mi nombre, tuvieron acceso a mi informacion de credito. Ahora, ellos me amenazan con arruinar mi credito si no les pago. Mi caso asi como el de al menos 300 que nos unimos en un grupo de apoyo se repite con todos lo miembros. Que como te pueden cobrar? Bueno, pues si amenazan con poner una nota negra en tu credito que solo se borra despues de 7 años, creo que haces lo posible por evitarlo. Afortunadamente PROFECO nos esta ayudando a cancelar este contrato solo que es tardado. De alguna manera esta cia encontro la manera de seguirnos aun fuera de Mexico. De que el engaño fue planeado, pues si fue y bien. Como estafadores se llevan su credito.

    Tengo más de 30 años comprando tiempos compartidos y nunca me había arrepentido tanto como el haber adquirido una membresía en Royal Holiday, es la empresa más fraudulenta, in misericorde e incolidada que existe en el mundo, sus vendedores y consejeros vacacionales son una ola de truanes de la más baja calaña propiciados por sus propietarios y ejecutivos contal de vender, te ofrecen el cielo y la tierra y a la hora de la hora resulta que lo que no esté en el contrato no vale aunque te lo hayan dado por escrito y en papelería de ellos, hay muy mala leche porque cuando te envían los certificados viene sin firma al igual que los seguros de vida y el falso cupón de rebate de la empresa Graphite cuya ubicación está en las Islas Caimán, creo que deberían de intervenir aparte de Profeco los medios publicitarios de toda la República periódicos, TV radio y la misma Presidencia de la República por que esto es realmente un genocidio económico lo que están haciendo con todos los incautaos que Caimos en las garras de estos gáñanes y con quien es más fácil que veamos a Dios que a los representantes y dueños de la empresa quienes se niegan a contestarte, cancelar los fraudulentos contratos y más difícil aún que te devuelvan el dinero, alguien debe de prevenir a la ciudadanía nacional e internacional de la calidad moral de esta empresa y una que trabaja por debajo del agua con ellos llamada Global Vacation Systems quienes te ofrecen comprar tus créditos y certificados vacacionales con la recomendación de Royal y RCI si lo quieren ver busquen la página WWW Global Vacation Systems es sorprendente como sorprendente va a ser para ustedes cuando no les devuelvan su dinero prometido, considero que alguien tiene que poner un hasta aquí, no tengamos miedo y envíen e.mail a todos sus contactos, y medios publicitarios, Profeco y hasta la Presidencia de la República, al fin de cuenta si no nos pelan cuando menos el intento hicimos

    Les paso dato hoy 18 de mayo del 2009 por fin tengo solución con Royal Holiday se cancela mi contrato y me regresan el 15% de lo pagado. Les estaré enviando mis documentos para que sigan el mismo proceso. Gracias.

En este correo quiero tener la mayor cantidad de datos de todos y cada uno para poder presentarlo en TV nacional y evitar que sigan robando a la gente de igual manera les pasaré toda la documentación que tengo de Profeco para que tengan como base para sus demandas y con esto mínimo les regresen el 15% como a mí más un viaje jajajaja.
