had enuff its all about the money! I have found 2 different telecom companies that was hired by these goones. So i'm sure the FTC and FBI know who these people are but if they shut them down the phone company will lose money cause they cant charge them for each call!!

I WISH I could get a live person on the line!  I press 1 for a live representative (so that I can tell them to STOP calling me) but the line just goes dead.  I don't understand how this scam is supposed to work but if a representative isn't available to take my information (which I'm obviously not going to provide) what is the point?  We are now getting several calls a day from these people.  Today it was Rachel but the robo-caller doesn't always provide a name.

I think when we pay our phone bill we should be able to subtract a little from each one of this credit card services call we get. Then maybe the phone company would try to do something about it. It is really harassment and someone should be able to  do something about it.The do not call list is not worth anything. Maybe they give the numbers out to them.

I'm going to purchase a whistle.  The next time they call, guess what I'm going to do?

I agree with all the attached comments.  They are a pest and no matter what you reply is Rachel always manages to call you.  In this day of age telephone companies should have and provide the option to hit a number and put the caller on the unwanted list so to any subsequent call from the number give them a busy signal.  However telephone companies not interested in this technology unless they can milk some money out of you.

I have received numerous calls from them and reported them.  I am on the DNC list.  I don't think being on the DNC list really means anything.  After seeing all the complaints on this company and the number who have reported them, yet they still call.  Does the FTC ever go after any company??  Would like to see a list of companies fined by them.

When I was active in real estate, the company had a strict policy on the DNC list.  We subscribed to a service that would sort numbers that were not on the DNC list, we then had to go to the our website and manually enter the numbers to see if they were recently addes to the list.  This all had to be done before we could call prospective clients.  Also as a courtesy if after talking to the person they did not want any unsolicited calls we would enter their number on the DNC list with their permission.

When I asked to be put on their do not call list, he said it would cost $25.  I said Not.  Asked if there was some legal info he was supposed to read to me when asked.  (you are supposed to ask this). He said yes, but wasn't going to.  Another guy screamed at me when I tolld him to wait a minute and then he figured out I wasn't going to come back to phone.  Said I was stealing from him.

23 November and Dear Rachel just gave me yet another ring.  I thought she wanted to wish me a Happy Turkey Day but no!  Unlike Bill who wrote on 2 Sept., I just hang up.  I am going to contact the SC AG and complain but I am sure they are well aware of the problem by now.  Just look at the number of people on this site alone who have complained and then multiply that by a factor of...What?  But we keep on jabbing at those windmills, don't we.  Good luck.

They have called me for years, and each time from a different number. They flagrantly disregard pretty much every regulation there is, and speaking to a person does no good. It must be working or they wouldn't continue to do it!

The best thing to do is for all of us to punch 9 or whatever number they say and then make up data and keep the live agent on the phone as long as possible. I make up phone number, address (one as long and as complicated as I can think of at the time), credit card info (but you need the correct 1st four numbers ).  To really keep them on the line you need to tell them you have a least $4500 on ONE card BUT that you have not exceeded your credit line, say $6500.  Take as much of their time as you can.  Then ask them to honor your do not call listing.

That's a great idea!  To these spuds time is money; wast as much of it as you can.  I hit the button to speak to a "representative" and he could just barely speak English.

I also have been getting calls from these low life’s.  The return number is to the do not call list kind of funny since they keep calling. I have become very creative with my time with them on the phone. I make sure I am laughing by the time the figure out they are not getting a thing from me. I hope the FCC steps in and tracks these crooks down and shuts them down ….

File a complaint with the FTC. They can stop these people from calling. And turn the problem over to the Federal agenties to investate.

The DO NOT CALL REGISTRY is a big joke. No matter how man times you register or complain the call still keep coming. I have found a way to solve the problem. When they call me now I tell them the person has moved and would like them to have their new number. I then give them my Congressman's telephone number
I get at least six calls a day from the so called Credit Card Service and they always say this is the last call.
DO NOT VOTE FOR ANY PERSON SERVING IN CONGRESS AGAIN NO MATTER WHAT PARTY THEY ARE IN. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THOSE OF US THAT PUT THEM IN OFFICE.

HOW TO GET RID OF THESE GUYS
I DON'T GET CALLS FROM CREDIT CARD SERVICES ANYMORE!  Here is what you do. Play along with them and answer all questions: YES, I would like to transfer balances of less than xx$.  YES I have always been on time with payments, etc.  Then they will ask you for your credit card number.  Make up a number (it has to be 16 digits long).  When they run the number it will not be valid and they will tell that perhaps you transposed a couple of numbers! AND THIS IS WHEN YOU SAY TO THEM;  IF YOU KEEP CALLING ME AND WASTING MY TIME THEN I WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.  I guarantee they will never call you again.
This is the ONLY way to get them to stop calling you.

We're getting these calls frequently (once a week? twice a week?). Any time I get through to an operator, I ask them what the name of their company is and they hang up. Sometimes I'll tell them flat-out to remove me from their calling list and they still just immediately hang up.

The next time they call, they're going to know that my next call is to the police.

These guys are nothing but scam artists, Say whatever you want to them, have fun with it. They can’t call the police for fear of it giving away who they really are alone with the  multiple civil law suits and criminal law suits they are going to have. If you really want to get rid of them change your phone number and do not post it on the internet anywhere.
