I've gotten about 20 calls over the last two weeks.  Like everybody else says, when you ask them nicely to stop calling, they just hang up (or worse, sometimes they use strong language:  "Do you think I give a sh_t?" I was asked once, before the Credit Services guy hung up).  I've called the FTC, and they've given me a complaint number.  With that in hand, I called Verizon (my land-line carrier) and they put a "number tracker" on my phone so that we can try to figure out who these guys are.  [I am not optimistic that this will work, but we gotta try.]  At the very least, I'm going to push this as much as I can...I'll try to give the FTC some more amunition in going after these guys.  I'll file whatever complaints or official documents that I can.  These guys should be punished.....

Nothing has worked so far to stop these calls - I'm on the DNC list, have asked them to remove my name, only to be hung on, etc. I push the number to talk to a person and blow a whistle as loud and as long as I can. Everyone get out your whistles!

i've received calls from this company off and on for years.  Each time, i've informed the agent at prompt 1.  I am registered with do not call, demanding my number be removed.  The calls stop for a while, then resume.  I got a call today, i informed the person i'm registered and calls continue to come again demanding the removal of  my number.  the person hung up in my face.  Are these complaints being registered against this company?

I've been getting their calls for years .....
At this point I always enjoy when I can actually push 3 and get someone live .  I typically tell that person that I know where thye and their family lives and coming to take them out !
These people are criminals and know they're breaking the law calling and interrupting your life every day.  My thought is why not make that person on the other end so pissed-off by what you tell them that they quit !   "F" THEM !!

We keep a log of each call, and record the "reps' saying all their B/S.
Then tell them- they have been recorded, & for them to look forward to hearing their stupidity on youtube.
This has gotten us the longest period of peace and quiet ever, since this crap began!!

I have been on do not call all years.  credit card services continue to harrass me,  I was even told by them once  they had legal right to call as much as they want.  I  have complained to  national do not call list  many times in last 3 years, still credit card services  continues to call and harass me.
they  must be really  paying big bribes to govt.  officials.

    today july 9  they called again. . . .

How about we revert to old fashioned revenge.  Find out where the call is originating from and send in a drone to blow their guts all over for flies to eat later.

The Limits of the Do Not Call List

Why are consumers who’ve signed up for the Do Not Call registry still getting robocalls? One reason is that when the FTC banned these types of calls in 2009, the agency exempted telecommunications firms, insurers, airlines, credit-card companies and other financial institutions.

That’s why the infamous computer voice “Rachel” from “Card Services” (or “Card Holder Services” or “Card Member Services”) may have called your home repeatedly, promising credit-card interest rate reductions. (Search the Internet and you’ll find hundreds of complaints about Rachel.) Asia Pacific, incidentally, is one of the companies that used "Rachel" to pitch debt-reduction services.

    Con buster
Just got a call from 702-439-2402, "Credit card services"....asked the "rep" if they had a web site....of course they don't. He wanted me to give him my card info, which I "didn't have" but he said I could call back. Sure, so I call back and the number doesnt exist. Best thing to do is waste their time, need glasses to read those card numbers, have to find glasses, have to go to the bathroom etc.....the more time you waste (if you are creative and in the mood to play them) the better....the less others will be bothered by this trash.

    Tired of it
Actually finally decided to push one, and told the person answering that they were making illegal phone calls because I am on the "Do Not Call List"  Their reply "We do not care".

Yesterday Rachel finally gave me a number to press (3) if I didn't want any more calls.  So I pressed 3.
My phone just rang and it was Rachel.  I receive at least three of these calls from her a week.  I have pressed #1 and as other have experienced, been hung up on when I requested my number be removed.  I, too, am on the do not call list.  Today is Saturday.  Monday my credit card company will know my name.

I get these calls several times a day/week/month I even complained to our state about them the state attorney genteral sent me a sorry but cannot locate these people letter.  Well DUH how hard did you try??
they use a different phone ID number every time they call me. Sometimes their caller id number is someone in the family or someone I know so I answer it. This has been going on for years......WE are on the dnc list also but does no good so what good is the DNC ???
