I recently took advantage of the Instaflex Free Trial Offer, and received the sample for which I am grateful.  However, today, I received an unsolicited package containing 90 capsules of Instaflex.  I did not order this, snd suspect that it is a marketing scam for which I may be charged on my credit card.  If so, kindly cancel what appears to be a unilateral insertion, by you,  of my name in the Instaflex program; and further,cancel any charges you may have placed against my credit card, and cease and desist from any future actions. Absent your explanation,  I intend to exert every effort to notify appropriate Federal authorities of your business practices.  John T. Shepherd, Attorney at Law.

    I also took the advantage of the free trial of Instaflex and receaved a 90 pill bottle ofit today in the mail they need to be stopped this add is miss leading I will never order anything again on line.

    I would like to add my name to the many who have objected to the unauthorized charge to my credit card for the also unauthorized shipment of Instaflex.  I have taken 3 capsules daily for over a month and have not experiencd a perceptable reduction of bilateral shoulder pain or increased range of movement.
    DO NOT MAKE ANY MORE SHIPMENTS AND MAKE NO MORE CHANGES TO MY CREDIT CARD. A copy of this message will be forwarded to the credit card company..

    I requested the free trial for $4.99 - sent a completed coupon and check - some time in October.  When the sample arrived, it was all broken and the pills were scattered around in the bottom of the bag.  Needless to say, I threw those pills away.

    I received my cc bill a week ago - what a surprise - there was a more than $70 charge on it by Instaflex.  I never gave them my cc # and I was very upset to find this charge on my bill.  

    I called immediately on 11/10/2010 and the first person who answered the phone hung up on me.  The next person, Nicole was polite and assisted me.  I have idea how they ever got my charge # and I find that very intrusive and do not feel I was in any way informed this was an on-going order.

    I sent back the next bag they sent me with all the information on it just as Nicole directed.  Today, 11/15, I have just received another bag of these pills.

    In the meantime, I received an e-mail from Instaflex that they removed me from their list and refunded my money.  Tomorrow I will call my cc company and make sure this is true.  I will also email Instaflex for directions on how to return this most recent package they sent.

    I also received unsolicited tablets and want this canceled.  How do I send an email?  There is no support system that I can find.  You charged my card without my permission and I will be more than happy to return the product.

    I also received tablets I did not order. I am cancelling, sending them back and want the charge removed from my credit card. This is a scam!

    Please do not send me any more bottles of instaflex. I'm contacting my charge card and any charge from instaflex removed. Pardon me for my vile language but I don't like the idea of being scammed.

    I recceived unsolicited tables and want this canceled.I will notify my bank that the chrage to my credit card is not autorised and not pay.

Few weeks later i received a full bottle of instaflex in the mail, and the package was opened, and there was no shipping papers or invoice inside,I suspect people trying to full with my personal information. So please stop all further shipments of instaflex untill i order another bottle by money order or by a cashers check. Thank you vary much.

    I sent for a free trial fo Instaflex on December 28, 2010. They charged the shipping, so that's how they had my bank account number. Now this week, I get a month supply of Ultraflex I didn't send for and they charged it to my account.  They have a phone number which is 877-869-3310 but I dialed it and can't connect.
    I'm going to notify my Bank, but would like them to refund the money to my account.
    This is a fraud.  If I wanted to buy more of Instaflex, I would have ordered it.

    I also tried the free 14 day sample and received a bottle today which I did not order nor was there a statement in the package .I did not want more nor did I ask for continuing product to just come .you will stop sending these pills and remove me from your list stop charging my credit card .Sharon Grego

    Same thing has happened to me. I signed up for the free trial offer and have now recieved the 3rd bottle in the mail I refused shipment on number 2 but was still charged for it on my card. Will be happy to return #3. I have found that it helps but it is far less expensive to buy at GNC & would really preferr not to have my card constantly used and pay those high interest rates. I tried calling the number on the bottle and of course they are closed. So will try again tomorrow.
