I recently took advantage of the Instaflex Free Trial Offer, and received the sample for which I am grateful.  However, today, I received an unsolicited package containing 90 capsules of Instaflex.  I did not order this, snd suspect that it is a marketing scam for which I may be charged on my credit card.  If so, kindly cancel what appears to be a unilateral insertion, by you,  of my name in the Instaflex program; and further,cancel any charges you may have placed against my credit card, and cease and desist from any future actions. Absent your explanation,  I intend to exert every effort to notify appropriate Federal authorities of your business practices.  John T. Shepherd, Attorney at Law.

    I bought my instaflex at GNC where I knew I could take it back. The stuff works If I could save money I would order it on line in a minute. I started to get the sample, right up until they ask for a credit card. If its to good to be true it usually is nothing is free.However it is working for me so GNC here I come!

    Please cancel my so call free shipment.  I do not want to be sent any more of these pills. I like to order, not be on an automatic list of shipments, I will not open it, and send it back

    To whom it may concern:

         I too received a package of instaflex that I did not order after
    receiving the trial order for the "joint support."   I do not wish to
    receive any items for which I am charged through my credit card.  MY wife
    reminded me of the problems we had stopping unwanted shipments of the
    product.  I'm more than happy to use the sample and may even order the
    item, Instaflex, as long as it is my legitimate order...and presently have
    not had any problems after accepting a sample for which I paid a shipping
    charge and offered a credit card payment.  So far I think it is a good
    product.

    I have the same complaint as so many of you. Instaflex must think I'm too feeble minded to reorder their product when I run out. I'm not!!!

    I ORDERED A FREE TRIAL OF INSTAFLEX AND PAID THE SHIPPING WITH MY CREDIT CARD.  I HAVE TRIED THE PRODUCT AND FOUND IT TO BE LESS EFFECTIVE THAN GLUCOSAMINE.  I STARTED BACK ON GLUCOSAMINE AND IN THE MAIL I RECEIVED AN UNAUTHORIZED 90 TABLETS.  THIS IS A SCAM AND WILL BE RETURNING THE UNOPENED INSTALEX FOR A COMPLETE REFUND INCLUDING THE SHIPPING.  THEY DIDN'T EVEN INCLUDE AN INVOICE OR PRICE.  THANK GOODNESS FOR YOUR WEBSITE.

    I too purchased the trial sample of Instaflex.  I had not intended to have more sent, the money deducted from my account prior to it being sent.  I have nothing against your product however, it is just not ok for $74.98 to be deducted out of my account.  I am one of the unfortunate people who lost their job two years ago and have not yet obtained employment.  My unemployment has run out and I don't have regular income being deposited into my account.  To me right now $75 is ALOT of money.  I have tried repeatedly to contact your company and always end up on hold with no one ever answering my call.  Today I had to actually close my debit card in order to insure that my account would not continue to be debited with product I did not authorize nor can I afford to purchase at this time.  I would sincerely appreciate a refund and instructions as to how I can return the bottle that I have already received.  Thank You!

    I finally cancelled my credit card.... this is a nasty game they are playing. They could not care less about their product..  if they can stretch out the canceling game they are making money. I would love to see how anyone else figured out how to cancel their game.

    I did not order Instaflex. I ordered a sample. I received a shipment several weeks ago, but have not been at home to cancel. I have been charged 74.98 on my credit card. I called today to complain & cancel and was told by Ryan , who was a little less than helpful that he could not delete the charges, since it was more than 18 days,& if I disputed the charges to the credit card he could not refund the $for a shipment sent out today.It sounds as if this is a common event for your company. I'm 77 years old on fixed income & can not afford this swindle. CANCELL ANY DELIVERIES> IWILL NOT PAY YOUR COMPANY 1 Cent

    I ALSO HAVE ORDERED 1 COMPLIMENTARY...THEN A 2ND, AND A 3RD, AND A 4TH..WHICH I AM RETURNING UNOPENED...AND WILL CALL MY CREDIT CARD TO RETURN...THEY SHOULD BE "KICKED" OUT OF BUSINESS..I NEVER ORDERED ANY OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL FREE SHIPPING OFFER...DON'T EVER GIVE OUT YOUR CHARGING #.

I am returning this unopened bottle.   kindly cancel my name in the Instaflex program; and further,cancel any charges you may have placed against my credit card, and cease and desist from any future actions.
