I recently took advantage of the Instaflex Free Trial Offer, and received the sample for which I am grateful.  However, today, I received an unsolicited package containing 90 capsules of Instaflex.  I did not order this, snd suspect that it is a marketing scam for which I may be charged on my credit card.  If so, kindly cancel what appears to be a unilateral insertion, by you,  of my name in the Instaflex program; and further,cancel any charges you may have placed against my credit card, and cease and desist from any future actions. Absent your explanation,  I intend to exert every effort to notify appropriate Federal authorities of your business practices.  John T. Shepherd, Attorney at Law.

    Also ordered free trial & now was just billed 70 bucks from my credit card I DO NOT want this product I will send it back & notify my bank about your company & shady business

    Just like all the order individuals my account has been charged without my permission to do so. I made the mistake to take advantage of the free order solicited on T.V. This is a scam and the authorities should put an end to this.

    The same thing happen to me @ years back there was an other Item on the internet just wanted the sample and I received 2 bottles that I did not order how do you stop these scam ???

    I am very upset to find when I accepted the "so called free trial" of this
    product, I am now receiving more and more packages of this Instaflex. I
    haven't used these, and am alarmed that they have chaged my credit card
    with exhorbitant amounts, and I am therefore forced to cancel my credit
    card, which is very aggravating. This is a SCAM. How do these people get
    by with this.I am like the man above who used as he called it, "vile language because he doesn't like being scammed. I am going to call my
    Attorney to see what can be done to stop these people from scamming everyone. I know thre has to be a law to fix this. I intend to make use
    of it through my Attorneys. Ditto to all the above complaints. They must

    It is hard to believe that Instaflex really scams people and gets away with it.

    i ordered a sample and the following month sent another 90 pills  i thought it was a mistake  well the next month i got another 90 pills   i checked my CC bill and the charged me $74 each   its a scam they get your CC info and if you dont call them in 14 days you are automatically a full time customer at $74 a month  call 1-877-869-3310 ASAP  and notify your CC company    joe

    Just like everybody I have the same story! Did not order 90day supply. No one answers at 1877 869 3310 just a busy singnal cc company notifyed.Do not want to be sent anymore products take me off mailing list, both sample and 90 day supply are ready to be sent back,let me know were to sent and Postage.Someone should be held accountable for this type of business practice.

    I have received tablets that I have not ordered and also the bill on my crédit card and I don't want nothing anymore, not merchandise and not bill on my crédit card. Cancel everything. I don't even received the merchandise because I'am leaving in Quebec since the beginning of march 2011.

    Isn't it amazing that no matter how many complaints are logged against Instaflex, by Lawyers, people threatening to call their lawyer, et all, that Instaflex just keeps on sending and billing for their unsolicited product!??  A product, by the way, that DOES NOT live up to it's claims! I noticed NO SIGNS OF RELIEF WHATSOEVER after taking their trial bottle as directed... NOTHING !  Therefore I am joining the long, on going and growing list of unhappy and unsatisfied Instaflex customers (VICTIMS!) in saying "STOP SENDING YOUR PRODUCT TO ME AND STOP CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD".  How in the hell can Instaflex stay in business, moreover why are they ALLOWED to stay in business !?  There are way too many of these types of "cram scams" going on and the FED"S need to take a long hard look at all of this and come down HARD on these unscrupulous scammers!

    card and close the account..  if the bank want help.
