I recently took advantage of the Instaflex Free Trial Offer, and received the sample for which I am grateful.  However, today, I received an unsolicited package containing 90 capsules of Instaflex.  I did not order this, snd suspect that it is a marketing scam for which I may be charged on my credit card.  If so, kindly cancel what appears to be a unilateral insertion, by you,  of my name in the Instaflex program; and further,cancel any charges you may have placed against my credit card, and cease and desist from any future actions. Absent your explanation,  I intend to exert every effort to notify appropriate Federal authorities of your business practices.  John T. Shepherd, Attorney at Law.

    Likewise. Iv'e been a victim of Instaflex scam. I did send an e-mail to support@instaflex.com and have not received a reply.  I filed a complaint with the consumers fraud group. To date not reply although that was very recently.  This company and several other dishonest frauds should be pro actively run out of business.  Isn't that why we have consumer protection groups?

    I was also billed and sent a bottle without ordering Iwill call stop any further drafts a scam!!!!

    I too ordered the trial for my mother and without requesting instaflex has sent a 90 day bottle. No one answers the 1877 number and a doctor has looked into the ingredients contained in instaflex and confirms it is a fraud. I too want to be removed from the mailing list and will instruct cc not to py.

    For everyone who is thinking of ordering anything from this company (Instaflex)  Beware.  Hopefully you are smart enough to read the complaints about this company before you order.  I looked at my cridit statement and found 3 charges from this company.  One for 74.00 dollars one for $20+ and one for $4.00. I only asked for the free sample.  Called the company and the tried to tell me that I had ok'd everything and tried to sell me more.  Even tried to give me a better price.  Just beware of any products sold or offered on T.V. This company told me it would be around 14 days before I will see my money returned to my c.c. If not I will contact my lawyer and any agency that could stop this kind of scam.

    I ordered the free sample and payed $4.99 shipping with my credit card .  19 days  later a charge of $74.98 was charged to my credit card for another 90 capsales. The capsales didn't help me and I didn't order the second bottle.  I will notify my credit card company tomorrow. They will investigate this scam outfit. I will also notify the Ohio Attorney General.

    I received my trial supply of instaflex and have taken all 14 doses and see no help with pain/joint releif. Today I received 90 capsulas that I did not order. Please get me credit on my ccharge card for this item. Let me know by e-mail how this is taken care of and I will return the product to you.

    I to tried the free trial.TODAY i recv'd a 30 day supply;which I DID NOT ORDER.     Checked my account and sure enough it was taken out.              I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS.                                                                                 WHAT A SCAM

    Hi all, I do have a solution to stop this situation, and it is not too much of a hassle.  Call your credit card company and tell them a company is abusing you card.  What my company did for me was close that card and issue one with a different number, new card was here is 3 or 4 days.  Later I received a letter from the company abusing my card telling me they were sorry I was not going to be receiving the benefits of their product any longer.  Instaflex is not the only company that uses the tactic of sending products that you do not want.  Take action on your own, protect your credit and stop putting up with this!!! Everyone complains to various "agencies", but this is still a rampant practice, and not much is done about it.

    I also received another bottle of Instaflex after using the trial offer. I did not authorize this charge to my credit card. I hope this gets resolved when I call the company tomorrow.

    I ordered and received a "Rree Sample" of Instaflex.  During the past 2 months I have received 2 more unordered bottles.  Do not charge my credit card for these last 2 bottles, refund my card of all charges, and remove my name from your list.  The last 2 unordered bottles will be returned per your instructions as soon as the instructions are received.
      Please immediately inform me of your appropriate actions to correct this error so I will not have to file further complaints.

    PLRASE DO NOT SEND any more pills to me or charge me credit card with more pills.  I am returning the last order sent  to me because I did not authorize it .

    I am also informing my credit card company to stop payments on any shipments sent to me by your company.
