I recently took advantage of the Instaflex Free Trial Offer, and received the sample for which I am grateful.  However, today, I received an unsolicited package containing 90 capsules of Instaflex.  I did not order this, snd suspect that it is a marketing scam for which I may be charged on my credit card.  If so, kindly cancel what appears to be a unilateral insertion, by you,  of my name in the Instaflex program; and further,cancel any charges you may have placed against my credit card, and cease and desist from any future actions. Absent your explanation,  I intend to exert every effort to notify appropriate Federal authorities of your business practices.  John T. Shepherd, Attorney at Law.

    I did not authorize a 30 day supply for $74.98 on my credit card.I will register a complaint with the FTC if this charge is not removed asap.

    I too took advantage of the sample offer and found no noted improvement over the 14 day period that I took the product.  I as others received a
    non solicited bottle containing 90 capsules of Instaflex.  I did not
    authorize or request this and called the 1-877-869-3310. A very nice young
    lady gave me the information to return the order and reactivate the tracking number. She assurd me that my order was canceled and that I wouldn't receive any more of the product. I did as directed and the shipment was made on 12/19/2011, I still haven't received a refund or notification from Instaflex...

    I ordered the free trial offer and immediately told them to cancel.  Since then I have received 4 bottles of pills, none of them have been opened.  I believe they are 78.00 a bottle.  I just received a notice my credit card has been charged about 156.00, this is a rip big time. I want my money back and no more shipped.  Gonna quit buying anything on the internet because of rips like this.

    I also signed up for the sample of instaflex.
    Three weeks later,this company is now charging my debit card for $74.98,and I had not authorized any further orders.I will follow up on a telephone call to my lawyer,bank,and this company

    I, like so many that have registered the same complaint, ordered ONLY the free sample and have been recieving a 90 capsule bottle regularly since then.  I have not opened any of the 4 bottles that I have recieved and would like to return the 3 90 capsule bottles for a full refund.  And PLEASE stop sending any more.

    I am turning this over to my Credit Union to persue a total refund for the unauthorized shipments.

    If I don't recieve an immediate response and refund, I will submit this to the Better Business Bureau.

    I notice that you are recieving numerous similar complaints.

    i just got the information about Intraflex but only gave them my name and address, no Credit Card number as I do not give this out on the Internet. I hope they don't send me any samples as I don't want them now that I know what other people have gone through. Sure sounds like a scam to me.

    I do not recall ordering Instaflex, only a "free" sample. Got a bottle in the mail and didn't know where it came from. I recall a free trial order that required only postage. Now I am charged $75 AUTOMATICALLY on my bank statement (used bank credit card). Am calling my bank in a.m., my credit card company, Instaflex and am posting this scam on Facebook.
    This is outrageous. I am also going to call the State Attorney General's office. I hope others will follow suit. It's robbery. Put these people in jail!!

    I took advantage of your trial offer and you kept on srne roduct later I was refunde $ 40,oo to keep on trying the product but beacuse of advance age and diabetic it seems i am allergic to it .PLEASE CANCEL ANY MORE DELIVERIES AND i AM SENSDING BACK  the bone support unopened bottle..      Thank you for your help and attention.

THEN YOU HAVE AN INFORMATION SERVICE TRYING TO CHARGE US $ 3.95 TO FIND OUT YOUR NEW NUMBER. I WANT NO MORE ITEMS SENT TO ME FROM YOUR COMPANY AND I WANT A REFUND FOR THE ILLEGAL ONE I DID NOT ORDER AND REFUNDED TO THE SAME CARD YOU ILLEGALLY USED.     I too was duped!! I sent for the free trial never susprcting that this would lead the company to keep sending more capsules! I want it stopped and my money refunded on my credit card. I learned a lesson,,never order on line! And I have had a difficult time finding a way to cancel out! Wish I had seen this before I ever ordered!And there is nothing in the package to tell you anything....no price, no bill and no info if you are dissatisfied.

    When I placed my first order of Instaflex I clearly specified to the person who took my order that this is a one time order and I do not wish to receive any more supplies until I notify you to do so. Your company has disregarded my specific instructions and has mailed me another 90 days supply. I am returning this package to you unopened and I ask you to credit back the amount you have charged to my visa card.
    I hope that this will be done promptly and I will not have to take any legal action against your company.

    UPON RECEIPT OF AN ORDER FOR A TRIAL BOTTLE OF" GUARANTEED" PAIN KILLER I TOOK THE   PILLS AS INSTRUCTED AND CONTINUED TO SUFFER.  DURING MY SUFFERING EXPERIENCE 5 MORE BOTTLES ARRIVED (UN -SOLICITED).  MY  TOTAL ORDER EXCEEDED $210 AND WHEN I CALLED THEY PUT THE BLAME ON ME STATING THAT I SHOULD HAVE CALLED EARLIER AND THAT THERE IS NO WAY TO REFUND MY EXPENDITURE.  WHEN I HAD CALLED I FOUND THEY HAD NEGLECTED TO RECORD MY CALL AND ITS COMPLAINT.  NOT ONLY IS THEIR PRODUCT FRAUDULENT THEIR BUSINESS PROCEEDURE FAILS TO COMPLY WITH ANY FORM OF PROPER BUSINESS STRUCTURE.. SHOULD THIS EPISTLE FAIL TO LOOSEN THEM UP I WILL NOTIFY ALL APPLICABLE AGENCIES AND, IF AVAILABLE, ANY CITIZENS GROUP REPRESENTING THE PUBLIC.
