I recently took advantage of the Instaflex Free Trial Offer, and received the sample for which I am grateful.  However, today, I received an unsolicited package containing 90 capsules of Instaflex.  I did not order this, snd suspect that it is a marketing scam for which I may be charged on my credit card.  If so, kindly cancel what appears to be a unilateral insertion, by you,  of my name in the Instaflex program; and further,cancel any charges you may have placed against my credit card, and cease and desist from any future actions. Absent your explanation,  I intend to exert every effort to notify appropriate Federal authorities of your business practices.  John T. Shepherd, Attorney at Law.

    Fellow taken Instaflex customers:  The overwhelming number of angry people in the various web pages complaining of the same issue is a clear indication that we all have been taken.  I wonder if anybody has thought of taking a couple of capsules to a laboratory for a thorough examination of the ingredients which are supposed to make magic restoration of aching joints and the like????  The promotion in the WWW is such that it moves even the smartest people to make orders.  Is there anybody out there who works for a lab??  Let's have the truth surface.

    I have the same problem. Ordered the free sample and had to give my creditcard number to pay for the shipping. I did not take, but a couple of pills, because they gave me heartburn. I certainly did not order any more, but a week later I received another shipment and another, to the tune of $75.00 per shipment.I will contact the Creditcard Company and see what they suggest.I have ordered many things on line and never had a problem.

    I received a free sample and didn't like it.  I have received a larger bottle and am returning it.  DO NOT SEND ANY MORE AND GIVE ME CREDIT FOR THE ONE I WAS BILLED FOR ON DISCOVER CARD #7442.

    I too got my trial bottle and it did seem to help.  But before I could check it out I received another bottle of 90 capsules which I did not order and do not intend to pay for.  After looking at this list of complaints I will check out my credit card and bank and also file a complaint with BBB and the Instaflex company.  I thank all of you for your remarks.  It just seems better to not ever buy things over the internet.  In fact after taking one cap my husband got sick at his stomach.  So beware.

    I ordered the trail I AM NOW RECIEVING ADITIONAL BOTTLES I DIDNOT ORDER THIS AND WILL NOT PAY FOR IT IT IS MAIL ORDER FROUD and I will report it not only to my credit card but also to the post office

    To any one that this concerns INSTAFLEX it doesn't work. It say that it will help you within 48 hours????? that's B.S. I will NOT reorder any. I'm on the 7th day and feel NO different than I did the day I started. Please remove me from your mailing list. If you send me any thing in the mail it will be returned back to you. I feel that all this has MISS lead people and this is not good for your Company. Please remove ME...

    I took advantage of the Instalflex Free Trial Offer and received the sample. It was for my Mom. Thanks a lot for that. But I don't need your product any more because of my Mom just died.  So, I do not order it and I do not want to be charged on my credit card. Please remove me from your automatic list of shipments.

    Almost got me on that one Instaflex. I ordered your free trial offer and received my bottle. But something kept nagging at me(no...not my wife)to stop future orders and rescind my credit card information with you. As a lawyer, I like to trust my instincts when it's kicking. Boy, am I glad I did. As a matter of fact, to be on the safe side, I had my bank cancel my Visa card and reissue another one with a new PIN#. My next door neighbor wasn't as lucky. He got screwed with 4 more shipments, of which he never ordered. I never liked the guy, he's an arrogant and mean human being, so I kinda enjoyed his misery, but the point is it's still a scam and a violation of federal commerce laws, as well as, in many other local jurisdictions. Hope you have a damn good corporate counsel, there will be hundreds or thousands of lawsuits at your doorsteps, if you haven't already been served with court subpoenas by now. I think I will do some research into these complaints a bit deeper and perhaps file a class action suit in a federal court. See you in court Instaflex. Oh, by the way, thanks for the free bottle.

    I wish to cancel any more shipments of Instflex muti vitamins. You charged my debit card on 8/31/2011 which created a $35.00 overdraft totallling $106.00 which I, as a Senior can not afford. That was my grocery & supplies money for this month. Do Not Send any more. I will be notiefying TCF Banks not so authorize any more payments to you company.

    i also took the free trial . i didnt order any after that first bottle.instaflex has sent me 2 bottles that i havent opened. think i will just cancel my card.they will stop sending it then

    I too ordered for the free sample of Instaflex and now seem to be on their every month list to receive another. I DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE ANY MORE and will be sending this one received yesterday back to you for a refund to my Visa credit card> I will be watching for this to appear so do it soon or I will be taking further steps to right this.

    Once again SEND NO MORE will not be paying another cent.
