Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    I have the same problem as all above. Everyday the message deduct SR0.66 From my account. afterthat this message delivered. I have made complaint three time to Mobile office but everytime they say, within 24hrs. the amount will not cut. But result is zero and till date everyday the amount is deducting from my account.
    I could not understand,how the careless the staff and they don't care the customer.
    I will advice to all who is interest to buy mobily. Don't buy it otherwise you have bought the problems.

    I think mobily does not provide a good service!I did not even use my phone and a message came stating that my last call cost 12sr!!!I will change my network now to sawa!!mobily is int even getting any better!..

    Sir, Im mobily subscriber but my problem if i load 10 riyal after few minutes.mobily deducting my load even i didnt use my celpone this happen many times. pls help me to stop this deduction. because im planning to change another sim. but i didnt do it because most of my important transaction this number im using.0568827612. pls stop deducting my load even my celpone is off or im not using.. thanks a lot

    everyday i always recieve sms from http://89.107.8.150/ksaE.asp? and always deducted my balance .66 halalas. pls cancel any activated services that always deducting my balance in my no. 0565245857. thanks.

    I unsubscribed from facebook SMS over a month ago, but still, mobily keeps on deducting 3 SAR every week for facebook SMS. I already deleted my mobily mobile number in my FB account, but to no AVAIL. This kind of customer service is one of the worst in the telecom industry. And another thing, please RE-TRAIN all your CSR/TSR agents.

    mobily is a third class service. Their recharge plans are also third call.Don't use it. When we recharge they add equal amount of recharge more to the actal recharge. But the limit for the using extra recharge is for only one day. First we have to finish our paid recharge balance then the no. comes for the extra recharge. This is a type of deceiving people. So don't use it. I found STC is good service in Saudi Arabia.

    am having the same problem for a very long time now,everyday 1.00sr is deducted from my balance.i called mobily center to have it deactivated but to no avail.mobily sucks and so their costumer service.

    this is just one of the many reasons why mobily sucks.u will be answered the first time u call their costumer service but if they cant solve ur problem,ur number will be in the "blocked list" i was told,so the next time u call u'll never be answered.duh!!
