Dear Sir
I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

I could not understand,how the careless the staff and they don't care the customer.
I will advice to all who is interest to buy mobily. Don't buy it otherwise you have bought the problems.
