Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    My Mobily No# 0541314597, I charged my mobily account on 24th Dec.'15 which is reflecting in the system. I understood that the number is deactivated and issued the complaint on 25th Dec.'15 which was escalated for resolving the issue. But, unfortunately there is no response from Mobily till to date and issue is remain there. The service is really very poor.

    My what's up,imo, line, u tube ,what's call not working I didn't receive setting , Google is working,and facebook working but not properly working , please send. The setting and Ur customer care no also 1100 is in Arabic and that is also no one is attended it, my hand set is MI  ,,,,...I called mobily N number of time from last 5 day , I msg them they deduct the money of mag but no revert till date, they are fooling us

I called N number of to ur call centre 1100 but no one replied to me , from last 5/6 days like this ,I msg u people deducted money from my account but no courtesy to call and resolve my problem,my phone no is 0565419543,  I mail on Ur web site also I attached the hand set which I am using it , I went to ur show room also no proper response from Ur Agent,,it batter u please return my money back

    i bought mobily sim to days before i got a message that you  have got 30gb internet you need to use intial credit in the sim to start your free data service i used that but my data is still not working wtf dont know what to do now.
