Dear Sir

I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

    get the same problem as Harold. I get Random text messages and Mobily cust 3 SAR every time i receive this message. What nonsense! And I call the customer care and they cant stop it..so what am I supposed to do...just sit back and watch messages come in and eat all my money!!

    is anybody alive in customer service.your service absalutely, completely mukmafi,. better to stop this company.never cheat public .this is not the way to make money. go straight give better services for public.  quality for mobily internet sim card is very poor .we 12 people using this card,in eight months,we all people changed three times this card by paying 50/sar . we have unlimited scheme.for this purpose we spend ten days,but not yet activated.who the [***] will pay for our loss.now we all are planning to change the sim.   thankyou for your good service.

    I am trying to get in touch with mobily customer services but I faild. is this mobily services? amazing !!!!
    I want to delet my FIRST favourite number and put two faourite numbers offered by sim "DIL SE".

    Mobily sucks when I try to call Customer Care. They just kept auto voice, when I try to select customer care, they kept some music On and left. No reply.

    I've been trying since many days.

    sir, I tried a lot to get an agent from the customer service ,but nobody answering.i have to change my package ala plus from ordinary package.i have to set up my interntional fav number also....so please make an arrangement to continue with ur service...m

    it is the worst service i've ever seen in whole of the world more than 3 hours of trying and noone is answer as if you guyes are just sleeping and u r taking ur salaries just for bieng set and chating together...to all mobily users for urself plessure switch to sawa wishing from you to do it for reall

    many more time 5SR reduce my accout balance...waht the reason? more than 10 time complined to customer service..each time say after 24 hurs..."what a service!!! i think clouse this service..than we know there is no service...

    Last 3 mount I have cancelled donwload Qur'an / Hadisht from Fahid Alkandri by call 1100 or 0560101100 they receive already my complain , but untill now message from Fahid Alkandri still coming without open the file with 5 sar cost ,,,,about 100 sar already ,this my mobily number 0541136694 ,please help me ...to cancell that if possible return my account

    Sir, I am one customer of you. My mobile number 0541439388 two days before I recharge SR 20 (10+10) in my SIM. After one hour one message was come from 6563 after coming message my 5 SR detecting. And after half hour again come same message and again go 5 riyal. That's why till this time I am not recharge my sim because I am afraid this message. Please protect me from this message.

    REMINDER-if no respond this complaint i will disconnect mobily no. and i will try to say my frinds to disconnect the mobily line. we are holding 20 mobily numbers from company.

    I think all of you are out of your mind, I am using mobily for the whole 6 years that I have been here in the Kingdom and did not experience any of the problems you are stating Maybe you are subscribing without READING the agreement to something or your phone has a virus. My advice for all of you, USE YOUR BRAINS FIRST, IF YOU DON'T WANT TO USE IT EVEN SAWA WILL NOT HELP ALL OF YOU. SIMPLE.

    I was cancel my Mobily Khatty plus account on 10/23/2009, my mobile number
    966546283580.at that time I paid 483 saudi Riyal.after 6 months coming again
    new bill 280.07 [ march 2010]. now I am not using this zim card .so please avoid these bills because I already cancel the post paid account.
