Dear Sir
I am using mobily phone, i want to charge internet package when i call 1100 or 0560101100 nobody answer. I do not know what is he problem with mobily customer service, i try continue 3 day no body anwser. Worst services in future i will disconnect mobily and go for Sawa.

I want to delet my FIRST favourite number and put two faourite numbers offered by sim "DIL SE".
I've been trying since many days.
THE WORST SERVICE.
REMINDER-if no respond this complaint i will disconnect mobily no. and i will try to say my frinds to disconnect the mobily line. we are holding 20 mobily numbers from company.
Since today morning when I am receiving any miss call automatically deducting 5/sr from my account every time and since morning I am trying to contact customer care but failed.
So please advise me what to do.

new bill 280.07 [ march 2010]. now I am not using this zim card .so please avoid these bills because I already cancel the post paid account.
